We ordered Papa John’s through Uber Eats. Our pizza arrived so burnt it was hard to eat. The crust was dry and hard like a rock. I will never make that mistake again!

Ive ordered from here numerous times and always been ok. I came in the other Thursday and this is the 2nd review i wrote abt the same issue (i am a thicker chic- so this rubbed me hella wrong)! Im NOT down with the body shaming period. Well there was a blonde chic makin them i wanna say the oreo balls yall sale but for all the employees- i heard a female say “No dont let her have any she is gettin tough love and need to be on a diet”…. as a mom of 4 u DONT treat them that way nor an employee she was so loud and obnoxiously rude to the younger kid. When i was about to give my order i walked asked for that ladies name was told “Emily” and she was a manager. No aint no way yall allow a MANAGER to speak to ppl that way let alone yalls employess at that. I can only imagine what was goin thru the young ladies head bc i KNOW what went thru mine. I refused to order after that, i walked out hell the other lady who just got her pizzas tells me “That lady is ALWAYS talkin down to them and yellin at them like their dogs and shes better than them”. I said “Not to be that person, but i refuse to give them a red cent of mine here on out I’ll go to thomasville or Dominos”. Please get her in check bc my heart broke for them girls all of them in there that night and if shes continuing this- Ladies (u know who yall are, i dont get a lawyer bc thats actual a crime shes not suppose to be allowed to treat yall of any nature like that)!!!! Prayers for yall….

This is the sloppest pizza I ever had. Is it a right sided pizza or a center cut pizza?? Tell me please. The last two times was bad so I decided to give Papa John’s another try tonight. Still disappointed. Will never order from them again! So I called them and she was rude, saying we will replace it, but we need the whole pizza back. Sure you can have it back, cause I wanted a whole pizza deliverd. Not a center piece of fine China looking pizza.

I ordered a couple of pizzas and realized one of them was not what I ordered when I got home. When I went back to the store and explained what happened the employees did not get defensive or rude. They replaced my pizza and told me to have a nice day. That is the epitome of good business.

Ordered delivery tonight, got an email saying expected delivery next day!! Clicked the link in the email and it took me to DoorDash. Had no clue they had switched to this format of delivery. Food arrived warm, not hot. Ordered sauced, boneless wings…got 1 sauced, 9 plain…seriously Papa Johns??? This the best you can do???
