I was seeking a breakfast option in the downtown area of Portland where I recently stayed. I decided to check out the food truck pod because I know some of the businesses do breakfast and found this spot had great breakfast options. They have lots of burrito options, but I went for tacos because I wanted a smaller portion.
I tried the chorizo tacos. They were nice and spicy. There was a lot of food definitely a good portion size especially for the price so a good value for your dollar.
They offered several different salsas to go with the tacos so I got to try a few different options within that.
Great, great quality overall just delicious and spicy breakfast.

So far this is the best Mexican food cart I’ve found downtown (and I’ve tried a lot of them)! Everything is well seasoned and flavorful. Heck yes it is a little greasy, that’s all the delicious goodness which makes it so tasty! No one wants a dry burrito! And the burritos are massive. I’ve only ordered the basic asada burrito so far but will be back to try other things. Service is friendly and pretty quick. Plus the new beer garden setup makes it a great spot to hang out while you wait for your food.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year now, I get the same thing every time cause it’s so damn good but have gotten things for friends before and they are always complimentary. I get the Breakfast Burrito w Chorizo at least once a week if not more, this thing is huge and consistently delicious every time. It’s only $11 and served all day and honestly has been a life saver during hard times. This place keeps me fed and full, they are the best. I would post photos but the burrito is always gone before I remember to.

Incredibly rude staff—after several looks and minutes of waiting with zero acknowledgment, a woman (who I’m not even sure worked there) finally said “give us just a little bit,” but by then I had already been ignored. I stayed because I’d heard good things and was hoping for a new burrito spot. Ordered a burrito and a single chorizo taco, which I was told was fine at first, then told I’d have to order two because they “don’t do just one.” I didn’t want that much food, so I asked for a fish taco instead; the man asked the cook, who aggressively said no to me having the fish taco without explanation while shaking her head and giving me a dirty look. They handed me a call number and told me to wait to complete my order, and eventually the woman cooking came up to the front with even more attitude, asking again what I wanted then she turned her back to me. When she finally made time to address me I smiled and handed back the call number and left. WORST FOOD CART EVER. Went a few doors down and was treated kindly at a different cart—don’t waste your time here.
