My husband and I came in at 8:45 pm to dine in before heading home an hour away. There were people eating at tables. We were greeted and told they stopped doing dine in at 8 or 9. Will not return.

Tries to call and speak with a manager to correct my problem. Was put on hold almost 10 mins before I finally hung up. The pizza didn’t have the extra cheese or mushrooms I paid for. The veggie pasta had 6 slices of bell pepper, 4 slices black olives and 5 slices of white onion. Hubbys chicken Alfredo had 6 pie es of chicken. Pasta was on overload in both bowls. I had to add veggies and cheese to make it edible. Grease caused the bag of breadsticks to completely soak through all over my stove where I sat it to keep a bit warm. I am shock since we have always been good customers. Maybe it is time for Mazzio’s or Cely’s. I just wanted 1 weekend off and we chose the wrong restaurant to help with my peaceful weekend.
I am changing my rating. Since the last time we have never had such food again. Everything, especially the food, has been great and the service is much better too! Way to go with improvements!

Three stars cause the food was good, but the cheesy garlic knots( or whatever they are) did not contain much cheese like the picture shows. The rest of the food was good, but the waitress only came to the table to get our orders, and bring our food, not cause it was busy, maybe cause she was too busy on her phone or standing there holding the front counter down. When I worked in restaurants, if we weren’t busy there’d better not be crumbs all over the tables and floors, and when we weren’t busy we had better find something to do besides stand there and do nothing. Maybe things have changed since I worked in the food business (2&1/2 years).

Arrived around 7pm. We dined in.
The place is not in the least bit welcoming. The Buffett tables were full of delivery bags. Several of the booths are full of pizza boxes and crates of two liter pop bottles. They are using most of the dining room for storage. It’s a mess in the dining room. Our order was wrong after waiting 30 minutes on it. We only received paper plates and plastic forks. The food was just okay.

They did not put sauce on any of the pizza’s ordered. Called to let them know we would bring them back and asked to be remade. New order was the same. Really???!!!??? That’s acceptable customer service?

Waited almost an hour and then called to be told my order got cancelled because there was no dasher to pick it up. And that sorry we are closed now so we can’t take any more orders. My question why couldn’t they tell me so I could come pick it up??? This isn’t the first time this has happened. Now it’s 10 at night. After working all day and I’ve been waiting an hour for food that now I can’t get. Thanks.

Terrible service but that’s because no one wants to work seems to me. LONG wait times for to go orders, eating there is very uncomfortable due to the suffocating heat! I still prefer Pizza Hut pizza though.
