People friendly and quick. The website is another story. I was offered a cinn wheel for my birthday however, The system would not allow me to order the pizza and use my reward (cinn wheel) without ordering something else that was free. I didn’t see anything free on the website. My sister tried to use the website to order her pizza but there were problems so she ordered in store.

OMG!! A fly!! My family and I go here regularly for pizza that we can stick in the oven and eat while it’s hot and fresh. But not anymore. My husband picked up dinner for us brought it home and as I was about to unwrap it I heard a buzzing sound. There it was a black fly crawling and buzzing all over the pizza. Under he plastic wrap. I immediately took it back to Papa Murphys on Riggs rd where we got it. I spoke yo the supervisor who looked like a kid about the issue. He wasn’t very friendly, apologetic and had no skills in customer service. He said they will make another pizza then went to back doing whatever he was doing. The young lady made the pizza gave it to me without any words and I left. I have never felt so disregarded and unwanted as a customer in my life! After going home to prepare the food and eat we quickly realized that our salad was subpar as well. It was so soggy and wilted!! We have never had such awful food and terrible service here but When they have kids running stores that have no skills in customer service and management you get what you get! Be warned!

It was our first time to order and the helpful girl at the counter explained the instructions for baking our pizza.
When placing our order, We couldnt see any way to add any special instructions on the app, like asking for no garlic on the crust or arranging ingredients so pizza could be 1/2 sausage on one side and 1/2 pepperoni on the other half. We would have liked an option, a place to write in a request.

What’s not to love? The team was friendly, The establishment was clean and orderly. My order was prepared correctly and on time. The pizza and garlic knots baked perfectly. The family gobbled it up.

Papa Murphy’s hands down makes the best gluten-free pizza. I’ve tried a lot of gluten-free pizzas, and none compared to the Papa Murphy’s barbecue chicken pizza.
