The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting, making it a nice spot to sit down and enjoy a relaxed meal.
If I may offer a small and positive suggestion for improvement: since the mixed platter is clearly meant for two or even three people, it would feel more complete with a bit more in the way of sides — such as extra salad, rice, and bread. While the meat portion itself is excellent and more than enough, the accompaniments don’t quite reflect that “meal for sharing” feeling.
Overall, great food, great flavors, and a place we truly enjoyed. We’ll definitely be back.
lepeshka, plov, crispy eggplant salad, and the tashkent tea to drink. We are looking forward to coming back and trying new dishes!
Food was great and decent price! The pilov was slightly too hard and the rice needed to be cooked a little bit longer. However, the skewers were very good and the kompot was a little on the sweeter side than preferred. Would still come back and try more food if we’re in the area again.
The meats were cooked to perfection — tender, flavorful, and expertly seasoned. The manti were beautifully prepared, delicate yet rich, and the samsa had a perfectly crisp exterior with a savory, well-balanced filling inside. Every element tasted intentional and true to its roots.
Beyond the quality, the pricing was extremely fair for the portion sizes and craftsmanship involved. It’s rare to find food this authentic and this well-executed at such a reasonable price point.
Chayhana is a standout in Orlando’s dining scene, and I’ll absolutely be returning many more times to explore the rest of the menu. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience true Central Asian and Turkish flavors done right.
