There may be a lot of places to go for food but there is ONLY one Wilson’s. Whether you’re a first time customer or a resident that goes daily…Paul never forgets a face or a name. Case in point, I moved back to CT and after close to 18 months, I’m back here where I call home. Paul remembered me and my order.

This was my first time eating here , and I was very impressed.The hamburger steak and fried okra was very fresh, Hot and served quickly. The wait staff and cook staff was very friendly and very personable. It has that old time vibe of how things used to be. I would definitely go back!!

Wonderful cozy restaurant! I had the pimento cheese jalapeno burger. I got it all the way which included chili. It was amazing!!! The chili added to the amazing flavor. If you are in the area, I highly recommend stopping. We talked to the owner and got to hear about the history of the store that turned into a restaurant. She talked about only sourcing fresh ingredients. The quality of the food showed this was true. The prices were very reasonable, especially for fresh ingredients.

We were traveling from my daughter’s house in NC to our home in Georgia and wanted to eat somewhere local instead of fast food for lunch. My husband searched our route and came up with this gem. I was skeptical when we pulled up because the exterior did not look like a restaurant but once inside we were treated so nicely. We ordered a double bacon cheeseburger plate and a cowboy burger plate both with onion rings. They were huge and the best tasting burgers I have ever had! The onion rings were perfect. Well worth the stop. It will be a regular stop on that trip from now on.

Parking lot is hard to maneuver. Chili dogs would have been good but not a fan of boiled hot dogs as they water down the buns. Staff was very nice but you stand in line to order and they bring the food. It’s an ok place for a quick lunch. I would go there again but order something different.
