Probably one of the friendliest Chipotles I’ve ever been to, wonderful staff! Got a chicken bowl here, no quac but it only came out to $10 even. The dyer location is my new favorite!

Wasted my time and my chance to get a very convenient and ideal meal because the mobile app wouldn’t let me place a mobile order, no employees were at the drive through, and when I went in I guess they decided that they were done cooking even though they don’t close until 11pm. It looked like they decided to close at 10:30pm without having any signs for adjusted hours. The holiday isn’t until tomorrow so today should have been a regular work day whether you expect a constant flow of customers all day or not. It’s disappointing, and not the first time this location has disappointed me. I should have took my chances trying to get to the one in the next town before they closed. Maybe that one would have had food prepared to sell prior to closing. I got some chips that are probably stale because nothing else close to real food is available now.

Nice staff. Everyone had a task. Plenty of ingredients available. Proper portions. The store was pretty clean, a few of the tables needed to be wiped down. There’s also a drive thru that’s quick too. Wasn’t too busy.

I ordered the usual burrito bowl and my little had the kids meal quesadilla it was great. We ordered online and drove through the express pickup to get it quickly. Service was fast and friendly, and food was made right and tasty. I like the ease of ordering online the website/ app is easy to navigate and when I reached out to customer service through a chat they responded quickly and resolved my issue easily. Their responses were a bit wordy but overall great!

I did a pick up order through the rapid lane, and it was the best experience that I have ever had picking up a food order! Sierra really went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy. Moving forward, I will go out of my way to patron this Chipotle because of her assistance and willingness to accommodate me!

I picked my order up in the Chipotlane and after waiting in line for 5 minutes for my turn, I get to the window, tell the girl my name and she asks me to pull around. So I said oh to the front door? To which she replied no, get back in line again. Dumbfounded, and against my better judgment I did. Now I wait my turn yet again. When I get to the window she asks the name for my order again like she didn’t just see me 5 minutes ago and asked me to get back in line. I tell her my name yet again and she says oh they are just wrapping up your order it should be right out. Meanwhile I can hear them discussing my order about the food is right there was just a mix up in labels. After about another 5 minutes of waiting she finally hands me my food. No apology. Nothing. I drove the remaining 20 minutes to my home just to find that yes. They did in fact mess up my order. Now I have to drive 20 minutes BACK to the store to get it corrected. I go to the store to get my order fixed and the food is terrible. The steak is burnt to a crisp, has no flavor, beyond rubbery, and I found an entire bay leaf in my taco.

I asked for extra lime juice and salt on the large order of chips, but was given an attitude and a less than half empty bag of chips with a cup of salt tossed in. They’re constantly rude, always messing up my orders, I’m done. This location is garbage.

Beans were put on the wrong chipotle bowl so . I went all the way back to the store and got home started eating the food there a long piece of hair all the way down in the food .it’s not even my hair texture and I don’t even have my hair down it’s in a bonnet . This is not my first time having issues with this store . I once went and they gave a a kids quesadilla with no meat on it literally just CHESSE AND BREAD when I ordered a chicken quesadilla online … I could be sick by eating food with someone else hair in it this is absurd. I’m highly disappointed

I usually have a good experience here but this time was a terrible customer service experience. I went in around 745pm to only get told by the cashier how to act about an over charge on my bill. There use to be a time when a customer was able to state the obvious and state the facts but the Employee feels like they are do you a favor and correcting THEIR mistake. Also telling you how to respond to the situation is not a quality I’m use to. Bottom line is make it fair across the board for everyone and not just the people your partial too. I won’t elaborate more unless you call or write to want to know more.
