The food was actually fresh. The restrooms were clean and the staff was very very nice when I went there. Probably one of the best in this whole state. Not even joking. So they must be doing something right at this one. Management must be setting a good example because everyone seemed happy. The bosses set the tone.

I’ve never had such a bad experience at Burger King before. The person taking orders was rude, cold, and completely unresponsive. They didn’t even say hello or make eye contact, and spoke so quietly you could barely hear a word. It honestly felt like they hated their job and didn’t care about customers at all. Totally unacceptable behavior — Burger King should seriously retrain or replace staff like this.

The food is always just barely lukewarm. It’s really went down in service and in the food we won’t be going back. When We tried to get the order fixed, they only got part of it right and then charged us for the other part. I hope they’re able to do something too fix their kitchen staff up.

One of the worst fast food places I’ve ever been. The person who took my order was rude and told me they did not prep biscuits and they were not available. The croissant I ordered was extremely soggy and and did not hold form.
I give this location 1 star, zero if I could, for lazy and poor work ethic, poor quality food, and poor attitude. Management and the owner need to reevaluate the staff and their work performance immediately.

Easy night drive through. Do not attempt during RUSH hour 430 to 630 pm. Traffic is backed up for more then a mile on Airport Way. Other then that, fast and easy.
