Social Profile:

Yves Restaurant was inspired by Smith & Mills owners adoration of the small and highly personalized owner-operated neighborhood Café culture in Paris (Montmartre). Yves occupies a two hundred year old former Seafarers Inn, across from the main downtown Hudson River entrance. The restaurant is washed in a minimalist design aesthetic in the heart of picturesque Tribeca. The photographic artwork is inspired by the marriage of fashion, design, community and people. The menu exudes clean and modern French fare sprinkled with a Moroccan influence. Although refined, the dishes are comforting, approachable and familiar. Our culinary team’s approach is simple sophistication balanced with a side of whimsy and fun.

Casually hip hangout offers an unpretentious American menu plus craft cocktails in a snug space.

Wow, wow, wow. Easily one of my new favorite restaurants in Tribeca.

We started with the bread, and the butter compote it came with was unreal. So rich and flavorful. We shared the French onion soup, which was absolutely to die for. The steak frites came with these incredibly flavorful, thin and crispy potatoes, and the chicken schnitzel was perfectly thin and crispy with an egg on top. A must order.

Every single dish was an 11/10. On top of that, our waitress Kendall was incredibly kind and made the whole experience even more special. We will 1000% be back. An excellent experience all around and can’t recommend this place enough.

This restaurant is one of the best In Tribecca. On Greenwich Street and North Moore. The pasta Is beyond delicious. I personally love the Homemadepasta with pecorino cheese and thyme on the vegetarian side. And the burgers are incredible. The staff couldn’t be better, especially Rocco The waiter and Chandler the manager. Please come to this restaurant as fast as you can it’s so good!

I absolutely love Yves! I’ve been here several times, and each visit is as wonderful as the last. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The menu has the perfect balance of creativity and comfort, and the cocktails are just as impressive.

The staff is consistently welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience feel relaxed yet special. The space itself is bright, stylish, and inviting—perfect for brunch, dinner, or just drinks with friends.

Yves has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the neighborhood. A true gem in Tribeca!

What a lovely experience. We were greeted by a very sweet gentleman with dimples. Service was delightful, and the food did not disappoint! We loved the tuna tartare, and the heirloom Tomato salad was so fresh!
The steak was cooked perfectly as well.
We very much enjoyed our fine dining experience!

Neighborhood gem! Burger is great and bar is one of the best places for solo dining, first date, or bringing family for a nice dinner. Bartenders and staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Walked in with my girlfriend without an resy and was crowded. Enjoyed a drink at the bar with Selmo before getting seated. and Sienna waited on us. We shared burger (with egg!) – was great, and bowl of mussels. Curated wine list was a nice surprise. Music was Parisienne chic and trendy.

Delicious burger. Fries were thin and over fried so it was all crunch.

The music on the sidewalk was ridiculously loud that we had to move tables to be on the far end.

Service was atrocious. There were 5 tables tops inside and out. We waited for long gaps of time (10-20+ min each) for every request, to order, for food, for mayonnaise (burger was cold by the time this came), for the bill, to pay the bill. We ended up going to the hostess stand to pay the bill to find that employees were just hanging out by the bar chatting.

Decent food, kind staff, comfortable seating, warm and cozy atmosphere. My friend and I both got the burger, she got the waterfront once and I got a drink that had the word ma belle in it. I found mine refreshing and I think she liked hers too. We came around 5:45pm on a Wednesday and it was quiet. Got busier by the time we left.

food was okay in taste but ended up giving me the biggest food poisoning likely from undercooked eggs. I threw the food up no less than 4 times about 7 hours after eating and completely ruined my saturday night.

I was strolling through the neighborhood yesterday with my friend and my dog when we decided to stop at Yves Restaurant. We chose to sit outside because of the dog, and I can’t rave enough about how friendly and accommodating the staff was. A special shoutout to Marcus, who went above and beyond! Not only did he bring out water and a dog bowl for my pup, but he also prepared some chicken for her when I mentioned I had forgotten her food. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really made our day.

As for the food, it was absolutely delicious—every bite exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and I’ll definitely be coming back, again and again. Yves is an amazing spot with top-notch service, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal, especially if you’re out with your furry friend!

We had a really good brunch here but the people were what made it so good, everyone was so nice. We had the house-made boursin (whipped goat cheese, fresh herbs & garlic smeared baguette), french onion soup and a couple tasty bloody marys. The food was good, but not a 5. That said, we’d definitely come back!
