So glad that Mom and I found Costa del Sol open today (they were closed on a previous visit due to an emergency). It’s a nice, relatively quiet place with delicious food and friendly servers. After much deliberation, Mom finally chose the lunch fajita burrito.
And because it’s been a long time since I’ve had chicken tortilla soup, I got their Costa del Sol version. The addition of the bits of queso and fresh avocado made it extra yummy. However, if I’d known how big the serving was, I might’ve skipped ordering the lunch chimichanga too. I could only finish half of each! (TBH, Mom and I probably shouldn’t have indulged in the complimentary chips but the red and white sauces were too good to pass up.)

The food tastes wonderful, but they have really started skimping on the ingredients. tacos de camarones used to feature full shrimp- my order tonight consisted of chopped up shrimp, and small amounts at that.
The small containers they give you with salsa and white sauce used to be full- now you’re lucky if they’re half full.
The chori queso is a runny, soupy dish.. not the the thick cheese covered dish shown in the photo.
Of course, the prices have not gone down.

Ate lunch here today. Very small restaurant that was packed for its size. Food was good, a little slow though. Looked like they may have been short staffed due to graduation.

Not very crowded at the time but still very nice. The complimentary chips and salsa were very good. Warm chips and a spicy salsa! We ordered the queso and it was hot and delicious!
I ordered the lunch fajitas(steak version). They were AMAZING! Lots of juicy steak, peppers and onions!! It came with a side of refried beans and fresh pico de gallo sauce.
I will DEFINITELY be returning after the holidays.

Love this restaurant! A true gem and my families personal favorite. The service is great; the food is always amazing and though sometimes the new staff isn’t on top of everything immediately, they don’t take long to catch up to the normal excellent service. Shows good leadership and training. Love the owner and his staff, we don’t eat Mexican anywhere else!

Food is very good. Seating is frustratingly limited. Servers don’t seem to comprehend English well. Takes a while to get your check… which I don’t understand since there’s only maybe 10 to 12 tables in the building so they’re not really swamped. Overall good food and convenient when you’re in the neighborhood.

Small restaurant in the shopping center, easy to overlook but you shouldn’t. Great food. I had the pineapple fajitas combo which was delicious. My husband had the enchiladas also yummy. Super friendly folks, service was efficient and my glass was never empty of sweet tea. Reasonable prices, offered us extra chips and both salsa and white dip. Bathrooms clean and we’ll maintained. There was a full bar, but we didn’t try it.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant 4-5 times over quarantine and tipped well every time. Once I even did delivery. Every time I have ordered I have had at least one item not given. I have been shorted a taco, an order of rice, and once even an entire meal. The last time I ordered I paid for an extra bag of chips and did not receive them. I have never complained about the missing items and just chalked it up to crazy times. Today I ordered again and when I went to pick it up I asked for an extra bag of chips. I had ordered cheese dip and asked for chips with it. There was a 1/2 bag of chips in the bag with the salsa. They said I had to pay for more chips. Here is my issue…if I eat inside I get unlimited chips. When ordering Togo they add a Togo fee and charge for chips. I understand it’s a business and they are looking to make money but why would you not get a bag of chips and salsa with a Togo order? The food is the same price as inside. Poor customer service. I’m all about supporting local but I’ll drive to Suffolk from now on. I’ve never in my life left a negative review of anything but this very poor service.

First time and service and food were Amazing. Family recommended this spot and we weren’t disappointed. It’s a smaller restaurant and very cute inside. Will def be back. Had the spinach enchiladas and homemade flan.
