Highly disappointed! I ordered two Deep Dish pizzas on the lunch special with extra cheese, and this is what I waited 25 minutes for. I’ve never had this issue at the Auburn location. Honestly, it feels like I wasted my money. On top of that, I wish staff would wash their hands more often—touching everything and then handling food is completely unsanitary! This is not my first visit at this location. This is my second time since they remodeled! It wasn’t up to par that time either.

Placed an online order, waited at the restaurant for it to say my order was ready in the drive thru. Once it said my pizza was out of the oven it took 15 minutes for it to be ready for pickup. I waited in the drive-thru line and when I got to the window I was handed my pizzas but told my bread sticks (crazy bread) were not ready and I would need to drive back around the building to get them when they are ready. The drive thru employee was very friendly, empathetic and apologetic about it but by the time I got my bread sticks and sauce my other food was ice cold. I don’t feel like a 40 minute wait time for cold food while I am literally at the restaurant is acceptable and probably won’t be back.

We went to Little Ceasars today on their 1st day reopening. We got a Pepperoni Classic pizza and a box of Chessy bread. Both items were mouth watering delicious. The best food we have ever gotten at that store. Hope the food stays that fresh always.

Worst experience I’ve had here. The girl at the window was rude, unfocused, and acting strangely—humming and moving around fast but not actually doing her job properly. No professionalism or basic customer service at all.

Today I attempted to place an order through the app and chose a meal deal of 2 large, 1 topping pizza’s for $4.99 each. Applied the discount code and when I went to check out I was given nearly a $20 total. I didn’t place the order, but did call and spoke to a rep at the store and questioned. She claimed she didn’t know how online app orders worked and asked the manager for assistance. The manager claims to not know about the special deal they have offered for their location and couldn’t help me. Needless to say you’ve lost another valuable customer. One would think that after being shut down for so long and upon reopening you would have a managerial staff that could answer any questions you may have about products you advertise as being available. If you’re not going to honor items at your location they shouldn’t be available on your app!

Very dissatisfied!!!! Came while they were open and they refused to serve me. Sat at the drive thru over 15 minutes as workers passed by looking. Still 10 minutes before closing as I write this and still no service. All my daughter wanted was a hot and ready!

The worst experience. Placed an order on Friday for a Saturday pickup. Email instructions say to let team members know your order number when you get there and enjoy. Arrived on time for my pickup. They didn’t start preparing the order until I got there! I waited 45 minutes for 2 regular cheese, 2 regular pepperoni, crazy bread (they forgot my sauce), and the Fantastic Four regular recipe. I will never use them for a pickup order again. I was 45 minutes late for the party these were for. Unacceptable.

I ordered a sausage/pepperoni pizza. Half and half. They put all pepperoni/sausage on one side and cheese on the other. I’m afraid this place will close again soon. Wish it luck…
