Went for a Monday lunch and my friend and I were the only ones there. Got very friendly and helpful service and the food was great! Price was higher than I would have hoped so I don’t think j can make it a regular thing, but I enjoyed my visit a lot!

Its good food, I always grab the cassava leaf but due to the staff not making sure the container was properly sealed before handing me my food that had been ready prior to my arrival, the unsealed container spilled and leaked through the bag onto my car seat. I’m not thrown off enough to not eat here again, I just did not like that experience. (I drain the oil regardless because it’s unhealthy, but the mess this created not being properly sealed ruined the experience)

It was my first time in Fargo and I was really craving African food. I’m so glad I found Mama Africa Cuisine! The service was honestly top tier friendly, welcoming, and they made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. You can tell they really care about their customers. Definitely the spot to go if you’re looking for good food and even better hospitality. I’ll be back for sure!

Went here for my first time ever trying African cuisine after nearly a year of wanting to try egusi & fufu. Was very nervous about how the customer service & food was going to be. Needless to say, I was not disappointed in the slightest! Customer service was amazing. The gentlemen that helped me was very kind & put me at ease immediately. The food? Man, that was delicious! Very flavorful & just enough of a kick! Absolutely worth having the experience!!

The customer service is not there at all. And don’t get me started on their overpriced food for them to not give you a full portion size. Save your money and go to a different African food spot.

There was no one else in the dining room, but I don’t know why! The food was fantastic – I had the red oil potato greens. It was spicy, but in a very flavorful way. The food seems expensive until you realize that you really are meant to take home a lot of your meal. One entree could feed at least two people.

Please do not come here if you love your health they are selling moldy meat to customers my husband spent over $50 on both of our dishes yesterday and it’s insane I wake up this morning thinking I don’t have to cook and im about to dig in some good food I don’t know how long they been selling moldy meat to people but I can imagine this isn’t the first time it’s other African restaurants please don’t go here at all or cook your own food these people are ruthless my husband blames me for going there that’s ok tho I won’t be going there again I couldn’t eat all of it yesterday because I had things to do so I saved it for this day and I’m glad I did they are messing with people health that’s insane
