The girl at drive thru was super pleasant…but I got nacho with a side of cheese. Luckily I’ve learned to do that cause it was slopped together with only one small section of cheese, maybe 5 chips had cheese, this was large dish of chips. I ordered a bean burrito w/sc….the only thing correct was the sour cream! was beef, tomato’s (hate), lettuce(hot)…that I don’t think was supposed to be there & possibly other things I can’t figure out. STOP trying to upcharge extra meat, extra sour cream…. the drive thru cashier asked me on every item if I wanted extra meat or extra sour cream. She mentioned the chalupa Supreme came with sour cream and I said ok… got back to work and saw the receipt had extra sour cream on 2 items when I specifically said NO!

Not sure I will ever order from here again. I ordered 3 chalupa cravings boxes, a strawberry freeze and a fiesta potatoes. The food was very cold. The chalupa had maybe 2 pieces of meat, the rest was lettuce and tomatoes. The soft taco has a little smear of meat, and the rest was lettuce. 2 mountain dew Baja blast were ordered. Got one and the other was a Sierra mist. This is very ridiculous. Please get it together.

Dear Taco Bell, when I come thru and order 2 party packs with no lettuce, I really don’t expect to get extra lettuce. My husband can not have lettuce under any circumstances due to a health issue. It’s dang near impossible to check an order like that in the car. Truly disappointed tonight.

I got a beefy melt and they put some lettuce in it because they crossed contamination it and there was no chips I would recommend you to ask for more chips if you get a beefy melt here their was only maybe 3 chips out the whole burrito
