I would NEVER COME BACK HERE !!!! This is the 5th time I come here the service is TERRIBLE!!!!
I had a pregnancy craving I ask for $5 deal meal & they only charge me an ice coffee only this is not the first time they mess up my orders.. then the manager got to the window tells me that’s not what I ordered. You have four people working there with headphones on and not one of them heard me say what I wanted. This is ridiculous. Then the manager wants to argue with me and I tell him I’m not trying to get anything free. I came to pay when I came to pay. I’m sorry, but y’all need to learn to listen to your customers and not hear what you guys wanna hear.

I ordered 1 Avocado Toast with Bacon, one wake up wrap and one snacking bacon. What I received was uncooked bacon and 2 wake up wraps one turkey, egg and cheese and one bacon egg and cheese. I suggest everyone look at your order before driving away if you’re going via the drive thru.

they lie and rob. they dont give recipts even when you ask and they overcharge you. even when you prove them wrong to their face they will sit and deny it. left defeated paying 5 dollars for a 3 dollar drink. The Worst Part? it would have normally been 4.89…. not even 5….

I was waiting for someone to come to the register for over 3 minutes. I literally went near the workers on the side and said I’m trying to order twice and they just stared at me. I saw the manager come out after and still do absolutely nothing until a kind worker came and took my order. That was my first time going there and my last. They’re extremely unprofessional. Food was good, though.

Three visits to this location and each time I was overcharged. It seems no matter how many times I point to the Happy Hour menu and tell them I would like the $3.99 medium hot latte they would still ring me up at regular price $4.89. When I inquire about this, I’m always met with nasty attitudes and dismissive gestures. The employees instead of rectifying the situation seem to take personal offense that they made a mistake. It’s disheartening to enter a place of business, hoping for a fair transaction and a pleasant interaction, only to be greeted with hostility and financial gouging. It’s a pattern that has repeated itself with each visit, and it’s one that I can no longer overlook. I should have learned my lesson after the second visit but I was in the area and decided to give them one last chance. It’s a shame, because it overshadows any positive aspects of the experience. I will still continue to get my latte but just not from here anymore! Wish you guys the best of luck in the future!

The people in this Dunkin are horrible hiring people and not training them correctly. I was Coming here because Robani has common sense and respect but the other staff is horrible. They lie about your order they refuse to give a receipt they can not be trusted. Will be calling the health Inspector on this location.

I just went there and when I got home my donuts were not there I tried calling the store they never pick up and I was charged 12.99 for a $6 meal and 1 iced coffee. I need a refund cause I’m not driving back for my donuts!!

My last to this place was on 4.4.2023 & I will not be returning. The cashier was nasty & rude cause I’m trying to explain the app for the free coffee that he charged me for. We went back & forth , I even asked for my $ back & he refused, no problem, my $15 or so dollars a week will not be coming here. And to top it off , I get another stale donut that I can’t eat. I reported the incident to corporate office. VERY UNSATISFIED
