From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere just felt right. It has that perfect balance of cozy and lively — warm lighting, the smell of fresh food in the air, and that steady hum of conversation that tells you people are enjoying themselves. They were busy, but we were greeted right away and seated quickly.
The service was top notch. Attentive and very friendly. Water glasses never went empty, food came out quickly, and every recommendation we were given was spot on.
Now the food.
We tried a little bit of everything- Hummus, chicken beef and Kafta Skewers, rice and salad. Oh and thanks to my friends recommendation, we also tried a garlic sauce called Toum, which is almost addictive it’s so good!
You can tell immediately that everything is made with care. The flavors were bold but clean — Just fresh ingredients done the right way.
Everything was warm and fresh. The meats were perfectly seasoned and cooked exactly how they should be. Every bite had depth — you could taste the herbs, the garlic, the lemon, the olive oil. The portions were generous without being sloppy, and everything was plated beautifully.
What stood out most to me was the balance. It’s the kind of meal where you leave full, but not weighed down. Satisfied, not stuffed. That’s hard to do and they nailed it.
You can tell there’s pride in what they’re serving.
If you’re anywhere near Salem, it’s absolutely worth stopping in. Whether it’s lunch with friends, a casual dinner, or bringing family from out of town — this place delivers.
We’ll definitely be back!
Bartender was friendly and quick to serve. Drinks are higher in this part of the country. If you enjoy karaoke and great bar food definitely check this place out
