This location is terrible, I stopped by because it was enroute to my destination. Its not very clean, their computer mouse was filthy as well as the floors! One of the workers didnt have anything covering their hair while helping to make food. Idk if it was only one person working in the back but the line was long with no acknowledgement to customers for awhile. I ordered online and got a totally different pizza than what I ordered. I ordered pretzel and they used very little dough until it looked like thin crust pizza, i dont even think it was pretzel, it was suppose to be stuffed crust and it wasnt, and it was suppose to have pizza sauce and it had cheese sauce the only thing they listened to was no salt on the crust. Unfortunately i couldn’t go back because i had somewhere to be and this location is farther from me, i tried to call and no one answered. This was for my kid and he was very disappointed and I was as well.

They refused to make what we ordered. Giving us random pizzas from the warmer. The lady refused to give us what we ordered, refused to refund, and refused to give us corporates number. Should hear something by Friday.

I haven’t been to Lil Caesar’s in YEARS! Saw the commercial recently about their limited time mango Mountain Dew and decided to stop from my old time favorite crazy bread with xtra butter and Parm. I feel like I walked into a scene of walking dead – low “DMV” energy from the lady in the back – after I ordered my crazy bread Mountain Dew I was told it would be a 10 minute wait, but what I received was CRAZY. Look at this 7 day old thin, hard, tasteless and dehydrated poor looking bread sticks.

I continue to give this location chances on getting my orders correct. The customer service is lacking and has been lacking for a very long time.
My most recent order, today 7/18/23, was the last straw. Upon entering the establishment, a team member sat at the register typing on his phone, not looking up or greeting me. Another customer walks in and after, he looks up and gestures, “who should I help next?” I ordered a thin crust 2 topping, mushroom and sausage. The team member said he was waiting for me to get there to let me know they didn’t make a thin crust, they made regular crust. The mushrooms were definitely not cooked and were wet from being washed, I hope. They were raw and thrown on the pizza after it came out of the oven. There was a female team member walking around the kitchen in what looked like a sports bra and sweat pants, shouting profanity and talking about her baby daddy and personal life. Another team member wearing a black hair bonnet. I threw my pizza away because I was unsure what else they may have done to it. It wasn’t even sliced correctly.

This place has got to be one of the worst LC pizza establishments I’ve visited! As I waited to be assisted with a hot-n-ready pizza. I’m very observant and noticed the young man preparing multiple pizzas had NO GLOVES on, so I told him he need to have on gloves handling customers food! He was grabbing handsful of pepperoni’s (bare-handed) throwing them on the pizza! Then we get our cheese pizza and it was horrible! Hardly no crust- super then, sloppy’ hardly no cheese! This was my first and last visit to this location! Whomever own that location need to tighten up!

I placed an order through the app. It was ready in 10 minutes. Not a good thing considering the pizza was hard. I picked up my order from the portal and asked for marinara and cheese sauce from the member at the register. He just stared at me as I explained what kind of cheese sauce and shrugged his shoulders like I was asking for something that didn’t exist. It would have been more humane to simply say that Little Caesar’s has discontinued the cheese sauce. I had to google it on the way home to make sure I wasn’t losing my mind.

The employees are extremely inappropriate and have zero customer service etiquette. I’m not sure if they were allowing their friends and family in behind the counter or not however it doesn’t take 10 young adults to make 4 pizzas at the end of the night (closing). They were in the back having inappropriate conversations and a couple of them while I was waiting for my order asked “What did you order again?”

Lady with the scar on her jaw was SOOO rude for absolutely no reason. Waited 5 minutes just to be greeted with no one in the shop then she immediately started to argue with me. I was so confused. Never coming here again.

This store was closed when I arrived at 11:30am. It’s supposed to open at 11. I placed an online order and Nobody is inside. The door is locked. I was not able to pickup my food.
Just go to papa John’s next door instead. That’s what i did. They open at 10 and their door is always open.
You can see from the photos, it took them an hour to receive the order and then another 45 minutes to cook it. I was obviously not waiting 2 hours for a pizza, so I was long gone. I also never received a notification that the order was ready, so it’s possible and pretty likely that they never actually made it.
Not only that, I contacted customer service the day it happened and never heard back. So they took my money and I received nothing in return.
