This location has been going downhill for awhile now. I placed a order for takeout at 5 PM. They told me the order would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived they had a line to the door, people were visibly frustrated that they only had one cashier working. While I was waiting in line, I saw them call my name with my name written on the pizza box and stated it was for takeout. When I got 2 from the front of the line, they messed up on a pizza for a table order and the manager told the workers to give them my pizza. When I spoke up and said that I was here ready to take my pizza he said now that it was a mistake. Mind you, I arrived at 5:30, I paid at 5:54. 24 minutes in line and almost 1 hour after placing the order and I still had no pizza. It took them another 20 minutes to get the pizza ready because they gave my pizza to a table after messing up. Crazy

I’ve always had a great experience with this location. Delivery and pick up. The staff is always very nice and Alex always calls to tell me when he is on his way. Today my estimated delivery time was 1:04pm and I received it at 12:50pm. They also have delicious pizza if you like Round Table. I do!!

Round Table switching to Door Dash delivery is the worst thing they could have done. Last time we ordered the DD delivery person dropped off a bunch of other orders before ours so our pizza was 45 mins late and cold. We decided maybe it was just a one off them using DD so took a chance ordering again tonight and they are still using DD and the driver left our pizza on the FREEZING COLD porch. There is still snow outside. It’s winter. So of course another cold pizza for us. I checked and the delivery directions for the driver even specifically say to hand it to the person. Guess this is the last time we order from Round Table

I just moved here from California and bought round tabel pizza for 20 years always awesome. I was soo happy when I found round tabel pizza by house in lemon vally I bought it 3 times now in 3 months very very disappointed I ask for well done it’s still dough I ask for light sause thick as all hell I pay for extra toppings witch is ridiculous priced they short u on the toppings that supposed to come with .I very disappointed in round tabel pizza here this is probably the last time I buy here expeasaly the price they charge I have no problem in paying for a great pie but come on this is ridiculous..I dnt write many reviews but this time I can’t let it slide sorry round tabel.i know from this review in wnt changed .but just mabe it will.. just bought another pizza from this round tabel. almost a year later still absolutely the worst pizza i ever had terrible..

Our family went here for my nephews birthday with about 15 people. At first no one would answer the phone to place a order ahead a time. Then when we got there @ 3:45pm there was plates and trash on almost every table, the buffet line was disgusting and the salad bar was just as bad. We sat in the party room because those were the only clean tables. We sat in there for about 45 min and then we were asked to leave for a party. We cleaned our own tables and finish our pizza. We left at 6pm and all the tables remained dirty and a customer had to ask for better and fresh salad. A lady brought fresh salad out but didn’t clean up the area why she was there. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately one star is too much! Had a Door Dash delivered a few minutes ago and the pizza is burnt, next to no sauce or cheese. It’s a personal sized All meat and one piece is on big bubble. Pretty much burnt meat and crust. I don’t know how anyone in food service thought that this would be ok to serve…

The workers their must be higher then kites. My friends and I were the only customers their. We had a table number. For some reason they kept comming to us asking for the name on the order.Nevwr brought us our drinks. When they bring out the pizza their was four of us but only brought 2 plates. When we ask for more they just walk away. The no salad bar can be forgiven, the place has no theme for roundtable it looks more like a dominos or little ceasers. Will never go back, and taco bell has better customer service. Go to dominos and save yourself 50$

Update, ordered pizza on 6/6/25. You can tell that they had to pop numerous bubbles in the pizza and used cheese to try to cover them up, the toppings were inconsistently placed on the pizza because of this and the crust was super thin andtasted buttery and flaked when bitten into like puff pastry does. They still seem to be hit and miss on the accuracy of the food they make. Very disappointed that the pizza i ordered this time was not very good.

Ordered a pizza with creamy garlic sauce, they even read the order back and still ended up making it wrong. Since they put the stickers on the box to seal them they no longer show you the food when you order carry-out. Very disappointing to have your order made wrong and them not even correct the problem, especially when you can’t eat the red sauce because of an allergy to tomatoes. Very unprofessional staff as well as they were talking in front of customers about their staffing problems.

Placed an order at 2:30pm for pick-up at 3:30pm. Arrived on time and they seem to have lost my pizza, had to wait around for the staff to argue amongst themselves and figure out who to place blame on before deciding to remake my pizza. Not the first time there have been issues with this location. Shame on me for “giving it another try”.
