This spot is great. I love the fact that your not over loaded with quantity of each item. The quality and there own twist of the foods are amazing. As walking in the staff greets the customers which makes a pleasant welcoming environment. The oysters are amazing. But imo all the foods in the pictures are delicious. It’s worth the price for the freshness.

Hands down one of the best food and service i have had. Must go here! They are so polite and they have VEGAN options too!! One thing i would like is to have the tofu miso ramen on the all you can eat menu too please for us Vegans. Aside from that, was not let down this place is great and my friends loved it too

Since the past few months, Yuka has been our go-to for sushi.

Also it makes us feel good to support our local neighborhood businesses!

They do have an AYCE menu but husband and I just cannot eat that huge quantity of food anymore so we always opt for ordering off the menu.

If you come before 5PM, there are some happy hour dishes for lesser price!

Some favorites dishes we usually order include:
Yellowtail carpacchio
Omakase sashimi
Shishito peppers
Veggie tempura
Sesame chicken
Chicken katsu combo
seaweed salad

Nice selection of beers and sake and sochu! Service is awesome and let me mention the music streaming! Love the music which sets the mood of current pop culture.

This was our first time dining here, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The sushi rolls were oversized, with an overwhelming amount of rice and noticeably low-quality ingredients. The sushi itself was dry and lacked freshness.

We specifically requested that our meal be served in a certain order: soup first, then appetizers, followed by sushi and rolls. However, the staff brought the miso soup first, then jumped straight to the rolls and appetizers afterward, which disrupted the flow of the meal.

When we asked to speak with the manager or owner, the server responded, “You can talk to me.” I politely shared our concerns, and she simply said, “This is our standard.” I mentioned that this kind of service could drive customers away and that we wouldn’t be returning, to which she responded, “Our customers like it the way it is.”

At that point, we decided not to order anything further, paid for what we had, and left. Sadly, it confirmed what my wife noticed from the start — it was a Friday at 1 PM, and the restaurant was nearly empty, with only two tables occupied. She had a feeling we should have left right then.

Sorry to say we had such a poor experience.

If you’re a sushi lover in Cypress, California, Yuka is a must-visit. This all-you-can-eat sushi spot excels in delivering both quantity and quality. They also have a regular menu of you do not want all you can eat. Their selection of fish is impressively fresh and flavorful, making each roll and sashimi slice a delightful experience. The menu features a wide variety of options, from classic favorites to inventive rolls that showcase their commitment to quality.

A special mention goes to Brandon, one of the servers at Yuka AYCE. His attentiveness and kindness truly enhance the dining experience, making guests feel welcomed and well-cared-for throughout their meal. With excellent food and outstanding service, Yuka stands out as a top choice for high-quality sushi in an all-you-can-eat format.

The sushi is good and fast.
The bar is more of a service counter for the chef to pass food to the servers. We constantly had servers reaching over us to get orders.

Update 2022:
The quality of sushi at this place has gone down a lot and the price has gone up significantly (AYCE) which is sad because our family loved eating here especially during birthdays and other occasions. We’ve tried it 3 more times just to make sure the chef was not just having a bad day but nope, we were disappointed each time. Sayonara Ozen.

I’ve been to other AYCE sushi restaurants like sake2me, sushi damu, hoshi sushi, etc but ozen sushi is the one that I would come back to. I love nigiri sushi and this is the only AYCE sushi place that did not disappoint. Their fish is bigger and of higher quality than the other restaurants I mentioned. AYCE Dinner is about $27 per person, no long lines, friendly servers and simple casual ambiance. The only thing I didn’t like was the salmon sushi with mango on top (salmango is what they called it) and the Paradise roll didn’t really take me to Paradise, lol. But other than that, I really like this restaurant. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area.
