Don’t know what to think or how to feel about this…i was told to wait for our food 5-10 minutes, so i did, i noticed a lot of bags piling up on the to go rack so i stand up and i notice that they hand off bags that was just put on the racks so i finally have to ask for my order a second time to which i find out it’s the order that’s been sitting there for the past at least 5 or so minutes…okay so i get in my car and i open the food up and i try the fries and they are cold and soggy when i asked for well done fries…i can’t imagine how the chicken is going to be…extremely disappointed. The chicken…they didn’t even get the right flavors…they didn’t cook the chicken properly…all the employees at this location should either A be completely utterly retrained. The employees at this location do not do their jobs properly and i would recommend never going to this location to order wingstop…absolutely a disgrace to the establishment itself…i am honestly so disgusted at the behavior and quality of food this location serves.

I know it’s Superbowl Sunday, but we ordered at 2pm for pickup at 5:30. Arrived to a busy shop (not a surprise) and told them we had an order for 5:30. She looked for it on their “ready table” and didn’t find it, said it wasn’t ready yet. Asked any idea how long, told no idea. Watched many bags being placed on the table, but our name never called (and access to the table to check bags not allowed). Asked again about 6pm, told still waiting and no idea how long. About 6:15 finally someone goes over to the table again and calls out our name. Turns out our order had been ready for who knows how long (was cool, or at least not hot).
I am not angry about having to wait, I am angry about the attitude of the employees at this location. It was like we were inconveniencing them by asking if our food was ready. If they had handed it to us when it was ready I would not be writing this review. But when they finally did, and I said “this is the name I’ve been giving you fur the last 40 minutes”, I got no apology, not even an acknowledgement of the collosal screw up. Employees need training ASAP.

FYI, today’s wings taste like water. I’m assuming you thawed the wings out with water. That’s my only conclusion for why they have this chlorine or plastic taste?
Last week’s order was the exact same order, 20 classic fiery lemon (limited time sauce) wings. They gave me dry rub lemon flavor wings. The wrong sauce.
Now todays wings are the correct sauce and 20 wings. There was also an additional 5 dry rub lemon sauce wings. Not sure why. Either way the wings taste weird. As I mentioned my only conclusion is the thawed theory because the wings are the correct order but they taste terrible.

I understand that super bowl Sunday is a hectic time for food service, but the abject unprofessionalism of their entire process that went on today, from the total unwillingness to even guess how much longer passed the pickup time it would take to get the food, the fact the food sat on a table that customers were not allowed to approach for around 10-15 minutes after they asked for my name for the 3rd time and told me the food wasn’t ready yet, order confirmation was checked at seemingly random, with some people forced to go get a family member to get the confirmation, and others just getting a bag thrust into their hands. They were telling in store order they would be done in 40 min, which is how long passed the pickup time a takeout order took, so that was simply a blatant lie to the other customers. The general attitude of both people I interacted with was very rude, communication from staff was very poor, and the experience will certainly keep me away from this wingstop. I know food service is a thankless job, I’ve worked counters myself for years, but this level of incompetence is simply unacceptable.

I almost let the low ratings from others keep me from going here… I did enjoy their food. GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY. The employees do their best to make you happy and keep the place clean. it is an open kitchen, so you can see them cook it all. Nice seating outside, and inside as well. The place is usually quiet and has plenty of seating available, So i don’t know what this other person is taking about. However, there is a reason they have a pretty low rating. Understand this, this place is different, and the company has to resolve some serious logistical issues if they want to impress everyone who walks thru those doors. The concept is brilliant, the problem is logistics, the company is being run wrong and to anyone who has worked in the food industry can tell.The food is good, and very affordable by LOCAL standards. They are open late, a rare thing around here. You can sit outside or inside, and its usually not crowded. Great employees, its the company or maybe the owner who is cheap and cutting corners. Love the concept, good employees, clean location.. i think the reason this place has a bad rating is a corporate issue because the food and concept and employees are great. I’m trying this place for the first time I work here in Naples always tried to find good spots to eat, I’ve read the reviews especially that first one that gave a good lengthy review on it, hopefully things have changed that was 5 years ago, but I agree with everything he said you definitely have to give a place a chance, ♂️ it does suck that it’s got a low reviews and quite honestly a lot of people look at that stuff and don’t go and then the place closes down because it’s not successful so I’m going to give this place a try because you know what in order to be a successful whether it’s retail or sales you have to have good customer service bottom line, would definitely recommend, they do let you know heads up it’ll be a wait, which makes sense cuz you want your stuff fresh. keep up the great work .

Easy order at location. Told me it would take 15 minutes and they were right. Only downer was no napkins or utensils in my to go bag, as I was staying in nearby hotel. I was able to get them from breakfast area in the hotel. Great location, decent wings, cheese fries were good. Probably be back when I’m in the area.

What I order compared to what I got has me fuming. Boneless wings were not tossed in the sauce, paid for a cheese sauce and did not get it, My french fries were not seasoned whatsoever even though specifying on the website I wanted medium seasoning, the chicken I got should not be called boneless wings… More like popcorn chicken and a poor representation of that I eat out once or twice a month because the cost of everything is through the roof. I called the Bonita Beach Rd. Location and got hung up on 3 times. After 15 minutes of calling finally talk to a “Manager” to be told I will remake your order but you have to come and get it I ordered a $51 dinner total for delivery paid extra and then tipped extra on top of the 20% because I don’t have transportation at the moment. I spoke to Jackie who said she was a manager and told me to call back during the day tomorrow and speak to the day manager… We will see how they handle this. Wingstop please make me happy and secure my business for the future.
