I visit this location several times a month and usually never have an issue, but that’s always during the day shift. Tonight, I came for dinner around 6:30, and it was disappointing. They were out of almost everything, only barbacoa and asada were available for meat, no brown rice, no fajita veggies, and not even lettuce. Basically, everything I normally order for my burrito was gone. On top of that, nothing was mentioned up front, you only found out items were unavailable as you went down the line. The staff also didn’t seem as friendly as the morning shift typically is, and despite the limited options, you still had to pay full price, which feels unreasonable Unfortunately, after this experience, I’ll probably be looking for somewhere else to eat.

They were basically out of everything and couldn’t keep up. There was dirty dishes scattered everywhere, how is this a business???
The girl needs more training on how to roll a burrito, why am I eating a ball of uneven mush. You only had stake which was also not good. Sucks things are so expensive for that type of service. Unfortunately I also know no-one will do anything ♂️ second review like this.

I think i confused the girl, I wanted a single taco. She heated a single tortilla & wrapped it up. And i just. The guacamole & chips were very good. Service was decent & fast enough

The Food here is decent, but be very caution when eating, I found a few pieces of plastic lids scraps inside my bowl, not even on top but right in the center were one can’t see it until you have eaten it. This is terrible and could hurt someone. Please eat your food slowly for any potential hazard inside.

Good food was consistent and plentiful. Employees cater to the customers coming through the line. Dining room has a unique “ate in” atmosphere. If there isn’t rice everywhere is it even a chipotle? Also the tall manager named J*** is very irritable. So don’t make her angry.

Our family likes Chipotle Burritos and Bowls and we ordered from a few in and out of state. But this is the one I don’t want to come back to because of the service. Portions are underserved (and I compare to other Chipotles not to my likes) and not complete (even though I don’t order many ingredients). I have to choose to drive farther to other place to getter better service.

After a 300-mile travel day and our family has limited choices because we have a gluten-free kid… I expected better. Typically, Chipotle delivers after a long day like this. But not today.
The food was OK, but I got a lot of attitude when I asked for just one person in my order to have a chicken quesadilla. I was told they only do those for online orders. I thought she was kidding at 1st. I ended up making a bowl and going home and making a quesadilla out of the bowl ingredients for my 14 year old son.
I placed 7 meal orders. I felt like I was treated as a complete inconvenience by the one staff member. After that, bowls were thrown together.

I just left chipotle on Reith Blvd in Goshen, IN. Idk what the girl’s name who is currently making the bowls but it’s about 4:50 EST. She knows how to make a bowl!!! So many times I’ve come here or other locations and the person that’s making a bowl act like they are too afraid to pack it! I wish I would have gotten her name and knew when she worked next because if she’s on the line, I know Im going to get a good bowl!!!

everytime i go i get severely disappointed. whether it’s uncooked rice, heaps of corn added to my food(that i didn’t order), or missing items. lately, it’s been a lack of food. i went inside a few weeks ago and they had no rice. none at all. the girl at the counter said it would be 30 minutes before any rice would be ready. okay whatever, we left. today i walked in at 11:20am and noticed the lobby packed but no one had any food infront of them? there was a group of 5 people chatting in the back and a girl came up to the line and told me they weren’t open yet and wouldn’t be until they had food made. so why unlock the doors? the “chipotlane” was full of cars who were about to be extremely annoyed. from now on i’ll go down the road to Los Primos in Goshen for a burrito bowl.

We hadn’t eaten at this location since March as our first experience was not all that pleasant. Willing to give it another try, our experience was much better. The food prep people were really fantastic. I’m sorry to say I can only remember one of their names. The young tall gentleman was exactly that. His manners were perfect, and he really worked hard to make sure we got exactly what we ordered. He also didn’t just slop it on the plates. The other server was Lace. She, too, was very courteous. Lace also added the finishing touches as though she was working on a piece of art. It was as though she was in a 4-star restaurant plating our food as if it were going to be judged. Thank you both for a nice meal.
The only negative side of our visit was that the eating area was not as clean as it could have been.
