Our company (located in NJ) wanted to send breakfast to someone at a company in Charlotte (NC) so I called Bagel Bin. Stephanie went out of her way to help me out, suggesting what to send, verifying cost, etc. She was extremely friendly, followed up with me and took care of everything on our behalf. We received photos of what the recipient received and everything looked great. If we ever need to do this again I will definitely call Bagel Bin.

So excited to have found this little hidden gem right near my massage spa office. It’s reminds me of a NYC bodega or corner store sandwich shop. Very friendly staff, Boar’s Head meats, variety of bagel flavors, kaiser rolls, and opened face sandwiches with fun names that taste delicious! My personal favorite is “The Cab” breakfast sandwich on a spinach bagel! This has definitely become a regular spot!

Ordered and paid online which is very convenient. Walked in to pick up my order and walked right out. We ordered bagel sandwichs with eggs. I had a salt bagel which was descent tasting, but the first time I ever had so much salt in a bagel, both on top and bottom. I had to scrape salt off and it was still too salty. Overall breakfast was good.

I placed an order for a sausage egg and cheese on a toasted egg bagel and a plain bagel toasted with butter. The young lady ringing me up was distracted by another lady about a previous order that they made that was wrongly made, mind you I’m still standing in front of the register, not one time did either of them say “excuse me or give me a quick second to address this matter”. At least I would of understood, even though as a customer I should have had priority over anything else. I had to repeat my order 3 times and she still managed to have a side conversation 3 times and my entire order was incorrect. I’m very big on customer service and this place dropped the ball tremendously as a first time patron. Never again will I fratenize this place #epicfail

Bagels are ok, but they are soooo slow. Customer service is horrible too. I ordered online over 30 mins ago 3 bagels. Once arrived waited for 15 minutes longer. Meanwhile all the walkins got served. Kinda ridiculous. I’ll take my $ elsewhere.

I live within walking distance and walked in thinking i could grab a quick reasonably priced 2 bagels . Waited over 20 mins for a small bagel with splash of eggs, turkey bacon and avocado and was overcharged . Who would charge $21 for 2 bagels . I asked for receipt wasn’t given one , looked up prices online since no prices for anything on the board which is ridiculous went back over waited in line since overcharged and teenager working register was completely clueless and no Manager in sight . Showed him prices Never got my $6 back . I will not be back

Bagels are good. Customer service hit or miss. Go with plenty of time. Waiting 25+ min for 4 bagels not during a rush is not reasonable.
