Le Réfectoire : la cuisine française au Domaine Vranken-Pommery. Le Réfectoire vous propose un véritable conservatoire culinaire français, avec un inventaire non exhaustif de ces plats iconiques. Du canard d’Apicius aux pieds de porc de Louis XVI, de la poule au pot d’Henri IV à la passion d’Auguste Escoffier pour la Melba, bien des moments historiques se sont trouvés associés à un plat. Nous avons donc choisi de reproduire ces plats pour vous. La carte évoluera, pour s’enrichir à chaque saison de nouvelles rééditions culinaires.

Had a fantastic evening with my wife and parents on a road trip to Paris at Le Refectoire. Lucas took very good care of us and Pommery operated its magic with exquisite food and great milesime champagne for an absolutely reasonable price.

We visited the winery and their cellar tour first and then followed by the dinner at this restaurant.
The weather is very nice so sitting outdoor is perfect. Almost everyone choose to sit outdoor so only one table we saw indoor that night. Food presented well but just average in my opinion. (May be it’s not my favourite ). However the ambience & service is good. We had a wonderful evening here.

Beautiful terrace lunch with a fixed menu (multiple chocies). They presented lovely Pommery champagnes. I loved the tarragon chicken and pea soup.

Great lunch experience – pea velouté and impeccable sea bass with pleasing 2009 Pommery Grand Cru Brut Millesime. Point for improvement: having alcohol free grape juice with bubbles available for those not drinking alcohol (this was available in the visitor reception).

Had a tour of Champagne Pommery which is so beautiful in the chalk cellar and also the art collection. Beautiful restaurant, friendly service and excellent food. As good as fine dining without the high price. Will come again.

Absolutely perfect way to end a tour of the cellars. The food was delicious, the ambiance was very relaxing, and prices were reasonable. Also another way to keep on drinking your favorite tasting or try something new.

Didn’t put a rating on food, not sure they do food. But a visit to the champagne cellars is a must! Download the free app and you get an audio guide of the cellars. Or take the guide sheet and read all about it. When you are finished there is an opertunity to taste the champagne and a lovely shop selling everything champagne related. A great place to visit.
