I’m not sure how this restaurant is still operating with the terrible service. Such a nice area to operate out of and it’s obvious the owner has not changed anything with all of the bad reviews. Rice was uncooked and crunchy. Chicken was burnt and the toppings were a mess! I wouldn’t eat here ever again. Went to the Golf location and such a better experience. Hot food and toppings we loaded with love. Beware of what you eat here, cold food that looked like it was sitting for hours.

Though my experience dining here before was okay, my experience ordering was very different. Despite ordering via app at 9:06pm (nearly an hour before closing time), I came in to pick it up around 9:30pm only to find that A) my order hadn’t even been started and B) by then the employees ran out of two key ingredients for my order, but would not be making any more. Employees offered to replace the sides with other ingredients, but the mismanagement and resultant lack dissatisfied people so much that they refused to eat what I picked up for them. Which made it all a very big waste of money and effort on my part. So sadly, despite having eaten at other branches without trouble, I’m afraid this poor experience has ruined my enjoyment of Chipotle overall.

First of all, the “express pickup lane” takes forever. I was even late to my pickup time and I waited for a long time, as well as the cars ahead of me. I waited at the window for 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. After that, my order was wrong. Completely wrong. No utensils included like I asked, one order was just rice and chicken thrown in a bowl??? The other was about a half portion of meat (I asked for double) and seemingly random toppings. When I tried to get support on this (a refund) I ended up in an endless loop of AI-operated customer service that offered little to compensate for my bad experience. The most I got after 2 days of badgering and finally reaching a real person was a partial refund and a voucher. Ruined chipotle as a whole for me, honestly. But if you’re gonna go, this location is the absolute worst.

I have noticed that this location is not consistent in regards to the service and portions they provide to the customers which is very upsetting. I ordered a burrito with double meat and seems to me the server didn’t give enough for what personally i paid for. With regards to consistency, it also seems they aren’t the cleanest location either which is concerning to me and should be looked into; the serving line seems to get messy and not consistently cleaned which isn’t good either; probably going to different places now.

The guy with the gages was EXTREMELY RUDE. Rolling his eyes and generally does not seem happy with his job! Definitely will not be returning back this chipotle. We will take our buissness else where from now on. All the money we just made you guys and to be treated with such utter disrespect, is just unacceptable! And in the counter we see brown guacamole and it’s only 11:25. Seems like it went bad. Not even busy and yet they can’t flip and get fresher food out there.

it was the worst bowl I had ever seen, they completely forgot to put 3 of my items including the steak and beans, they gave me a bowl with lettuce and white rice, tell me does that look like a bowl someone would get? The piece of paper says steak bowl and on top of it all the toppings. I was starving to death and had only 20 minutes to eat my lunch because of work and now im still starving after eating only rice and lettuce. I love chipotle but this place has gotta do better.

WARNING BUGS IN FOOD!!!
I have had numerous bad experiences with the staff, the management, the dirty counter tops, and the poor quality of food at this specific Chipotle location. Yet I still visit this location once in a while because it is very close to where I work and I genuinely like Chipotle’s food. Today my fiancé and I stopped in for a late lunch and not only was the staff rude and ignorant and understaffed as usual, but this time we were both served FOOD WITH BUGS in it. We sat down in the restaurant to eat after waiting a while to be served, even though we were the only ones in there, and all of a sudden I see small green bugs crawling on my beans and all over the lettuce in my veggie bowl.
I immediately freaked out and we were concerned for our health in case we ate some of the bugs in our first bites of the food. We kindly and calmly informed the staff and manager and they did not seem to care, they just starred at us. We asked for a refund and threw the food away and we left. But that was all. They did not really care about the situation. They clearly did not wash the lettuce properly and it was contaminating all the other food. There were hundreds of small green bugs crawling out of the lettuce into the other food where they serve the lettuce/ toppings. They were most likely serving this lettuce all day long to customers. This is extremely unacceptable and inhumane to treat customers this way and feed them bugs. This Chipotle location, management, food, and the owners are a disgrace to the company name.

If i could give it a 0 I would. The red haired employee was so rude and disrespectful. She barely put any portions but even when she did it was so sloppy she literally looked like she dreaded her job. The location is always empty and thats why its clean. Looked like they hated their job and just wanted to leave. After spilling sour cream all over my tacos they didnt even offer another one or discount.
