What a great atmosphere and great food. Michael the owner was a gracious host and engaged with our group. The food is amazing and if you’re a hot sauce aficionado than a visit is a must. My favorite the Boo Berry hot sauce.

Awesome collection of hand crafted hot sauces. Made by the owner. He has mild to insanely hot. The best part is you can sample every single sauce in the shop. They also carry jams and jellies and spicy lollipops. Walked out of the place with three bottles of sauce to try and a lollipop. Will definitely come back for more.
Owner is super friendly and a great guy.

As a restaurant owner, it’s essential to demonstrate basic courtesy through good service and quality food — the very foundation of hospitality. Unfortunately, our experience fell well below that standard. Despite being polite and reasonable in our requests, the owner’s response was unprofessional and dismissive.
The food itself was abysmal — a burnt cheese quesadilla and a cold chicken taco that was simply microwaved and returned when we pointed it out. Even then, we chose to remain courteous, paid for the meal without complaint, and tipped the server, understanding that the poor food quality was not his fault.
What’s truly disappointing is the lack of accountability and care from ownership. If this attitude continues, it’s difficult to see how the restaurant can sustain itself. Courtesy, consistency, and respect for customers are not optional — they are the very traits that determine long-term success in this industry.

We stumbled upon this place when walking around downtown Cumberland. Mike the owner was super cool and the tacos were outstanding. And better yet, he had countless homemade hot sauces to try — and at any desired heat level. We will definitely be coming back!

I got the sampler tacos. They’re all great. My opinion 1. Shrimp 2. Pork 3. Chicken 4. Beef. Again, they’re all great. Plus, try some well made hot sauces by sample and possibly take one home. Great ownership and food.

Completely and utterly dissapointed. I got 2 Beef Brisket tacos that was supposed to come topped with queso & I got a side of chips and salsa and asked to add cheese for an up charge. The beef was dry, the “queso” was far from it, it was Feta cheese. The side of cheese I paid extra for, was shredded cheese sprinkled lightly on top of my chips. Not even the slightest bit melted. I paid $28 for this + a drink. My coworker and I were both disappointed and will never visit there again. I could’ve spent far less money at El Jineté down the road and had MUCH BETTER quality.

We stopped in on a whim and had an excellent taco lunch. The owner was wonderful and explained all of the options. We had our daughter with us and he gave us a smaller side container for her refried beans. She loved them!! We bought some hot sauce, of which they make, and have a wide variety. The small empanatas were excellent as well. We will be back!

Wow, didn’t even make it home, had to sit on a bench to explore what was smelling so good! Had the brisket trio, and as as a former Texan when I say it was good, I’m not being charitable. First time I have seen an authentic cheese being used in a while as well. The hot sauce options and quality will have to be some of the best I have ever sampled in my many travels.

I wandered in. Placed my order and was not advised of charge for water. Fast service but was not offered chips and salsa. The person next to me was advised that all orders came with chips and salsa. Mine didn’t! She was served her chips and salsa right away. After eating her chips. She left with her extra chips

The atmosphere is definitely eclectic. Michael and Lexi do a great job of explaining the menu. The burrito bowl with shrimp was awesome. The fresh grape tomatoes really made the meal.
