Went for the special burrito buy one and get one free! Excellent flavours, everything was cooked great, ordered chicken and crunchy chicken in our burritos. Sauces tasted good and it was busy. We will definitely be back to try other meals

This location was absolutely disgusting. The lettuce smelled rotten, the chicken tasted like it was sitting out since yesterday, and the veggies looked old and soggy — nothing was fresh. The food honestly made me feel sick just looking at it.
The staff were extremely rude and clearly didn’t care at all about hygiene or customer service. I’ve seen one of the girl who’s the manager of the place… she ws standing in the kitchen with open hairs and barefoot. Absolutely disgusting and gross.
The whole place felt unprofessional and unhygienic. Easily one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. I won’t ever come back.

Great Flavors, But Customer Service Needs a Fix
The food is excellent! The Pineapple Salsa is wonderful, and the Bowl Bbox is my go-to—all the great taste and texture you could want.
Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was poor. When I asked about the Queso ingredients, the staff member simply replied, ‘Queso is queso.’ This felt insulting and dismissive. As a loyal customer, I value politeness and a feeling of appreciation. I hope future interactions are more respectful.

I visited barbrito today, food was fresh and so delicious with very good customer service that makes so welcoming, store is very clean. I eat all mexican food but this one is amazing and number one. I will definitely visit this store very soon and often.

I love burritos and this place satisfied my craving. Lots a variety to build your own creation. They heat your tortilla then fill it and fold it ever so carefully then press it. It was not messy and did not fall apart. Their hot sauce was awesome. I look forward to creating another burrito soon. Thanks for the great customer service.

I always come here and this has never happened to me. Me and my daughter went and we older the extreme fries they were so salty I was like eating salt. The woman that took my order was extremely rude and mean. We don’t want to come back.
