I come here from 30 minutes away often and I really like their Ramen and sushi options. I’ve never had a complaint, except a spicy salmon taco that was gross, but everything else esp. Their negihama rolls and nigiris are great!
Latest review: today I had a Negihama roll and Spicy Salmon roll & both were gross. The chef puts a ton of Sesame oil on fish before rolling and not a dot rice vinegar to add acid and they use a disgusting soy sauce not Kikoman low sodium which is the absolute best. It has def gone down hill after many years of eating and having about this place. I had a to go order and no chopsticks and no wasabi.

The mood overall was amazing, warm and welcoming. I loved the sushi here and the ramen was great too. I would recommend this northern region of Portland ramen!

We drive an hour to get ramen here on a regular basis. They have the BEST ramen broth we’ve found so far. It is small and quiet. The service is quick and the food is consistently delicious. Their sushi is good as well but we are big fans of the ramen in particular yum!

i love this place! everything is super yummy, although this time of year i’m especially partial to their ramen. it’s the perfect cozy meal for a rainy day! all the food is super flavorful and very reasonably priced. they also have great vegetarian options. the service is great and all the staff are all very nice. i love both dining in or getting takeout. i highly recommend!

The ramen and karaage were great! I got the tonkotsu red ramen. It was really spicy and delicious, perfect with a Sapporo. We had a relaxing time eating here and checking out the shops nearby.

Celebrated my friend’s birthday here, and it turned into such a beautiful memory. We brought our own cake, and the staff added some flowers to decorate it — it looked absolutely lovely. The waitresses were incredibly sweet and worked so hard to make sure everything went smoothly. The whole experience felt thoughtful and special from start to finish

Grab the ramen in the cold weather. Love the ramen and the vibe is nice and comfortable. Recommend it.

Be warned, they’ve started using those spaghetti type noodles.
They’re doing some redesign, the interior looks great! Rolls are delicious, staff are friendly, beer is reasonable. Even the broth and egg and everything*else* about the ramen is still phenomenal. But when the noodles are all wrong, what’s the point? Server said she’d been getting complaints so I’m hoping they switch back to yummy chewy real noodles SOON!

Ramen for me is a 5/10 – so I wouldn’t come back for that particular menu item—like really, half an egg for a $16 bowl of ramen? Broth was good, but nothing to boast about. The sushi roll was decent, but wasn’t a fan of the sauce they added on top. The star of the show was the gyozos—probably one the the best I’ve had in a while.
2.5 star rating – probably won’t come back. Spent close to $60 for lunch and still wanted to pizza from Gracie’s (sucks they were closed then).

We ordered a Misho Red Ramen, the presentation was great, the quantity was adequate and the service was very quick.
They have tried to inculcate the Portland vibe inside the restaurant which is very much to the point using Japanese graffiti.
For $14 it’s pretty good and I will recommend this place to whoever reads this
