Had an absolutely unnecessary experience here at this bar and grill. Such a bummer because the food was really great. Waitress took our appetizer order and drink. Told me that half the things on their menu was unavailable. I was very understanding and did not get upset with her. Ordered chilli cheese fries. Didn’t ask if we needed anything, and our drinks had been empty for a decent amount of time. Mind you, it’s me, my fiance, and one other person in the entire building. I waited roughly 5 minutes after I recieved my order to give her a chance to come over. Didn’t happen. So I simply asked “ma’am? Whenever you aren’t busy, can I please get a thing of ranch and a fork?” For some reason, I was given an attitude as if it was inconvenient. Hadn’t even asked for a refill at this point yet. She brings me my things, I say “thank you very much” still trying to be polite. After 20 minutes or so, she finally comes over to take our order for a pizza. Finally gives us a refill, to which we drank very fast considering the amount of time we had no beverage. Another 15-20 minutes pass, no drinks, food arrives. At this point, I’m trying to drink the melted ice in my cup. I set it down on the bar and she comes over and slams my cup on the counter top. “Does that mean you want more” I’m sitting here thinking, why would I ask you to get us anything when you gave me such a rude attitude when I asked for ranch and a fork. Told her no thank you, she proceeded to say “I’ll get you half a cup” Did not drink what she handed me in fear of it being spat in. She was very rude, and hateful, and will not go back. I will also not recommend this place. Again, I hate it, because the food was great.

Longhorns never fails to make the customer happy! The owners Missy and Dave are amazing people, and provide the best experience at their establishment and bar! The countless times I’ve been here, I’ve never 1x left unsatisfied. Their new menu specials on Thursday nights, Friday nights, and Saturday nights, you simply cannot find food that good anywhere around Indian Lake and they hold cornhole events multiple times a week in the rear of the bar & that just adds to all the fun you can have here! Stop in and check it out!
