I purchased a Subway Club Wrap, very yummy! I do have have to say that their prices have gone up quite a bit (Just like everyone), but they always have fresh meats & veggies. Not something we can afford all the time, but it’s nice to enjoy once a month or so. The 931 (Reed Road) store is our go to place. The staff is helpful, friendly, efficient, & attentive to your want’s.

The Subway on Reed Rd is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Sandwich is always perfect!! Although, the Subway on Markland is Terrible. Go to a different location. They rolled my sandwich up and smashed it

WHO OWNS THIS STORE!! U have a manager violating policies of subway! How are TOU going to tell any customer how they can build a sandwich when policy states veggies are FREE! The nerve! Then to talk to my child like you have lost your mind and I call to complain and you hang the phone up then turn the phones off! I want the owner to contact me!! YOU have issues in that store!

Waited in drive thru for 26 minutes. She said she would be with us in a minute when we 1st pulled up. About 9 minutes in, I asked “hello” she said she was finishing an order and be right with us….drove off after 26 minutes.

Well a couple things. Customer service is awful and most don’t know anything. I ordered a salad with chicken breast and gave them the vegetables I wanted. I was asked do u want lettuce in ur salad. What else am I going to have in a salad? Got my salad took it to work and it was a small container with hardly anything in it. I had 3 small pieces off a chicken breast and missing 3 of the 7 items I asked on it. Went back today to try again and same thing. They have to be giving someone else the rest of the chicken breast. It is ridiculous that u pay over 10 bucks for a salad and u hardly get anything and 2 to 3 pieces of a breast. This is robbery. To pay that much for something that wouldn’t feed a child. Let alone an adult.their salad containers use to be big. Now they are downright small. Goodbye subway.

This might seem like a silly complaint but, I ordered two sandwiches. They’re placed in one bag and I go on my way. I get home to carry them and the bag breaks. Both of my sandwiches hit the floor and because the person making them didn’t put a sticker on the sandwhiches. They unwrapped open and now I can’t eat them because they’re covered in dirt. All because a sticker didn’t get placed. 26 dollars down the drain.
