I remember that when I was a kid like around 7 or so I got chocked on some kind of food that I was eating and I was waving to need help and service and people where stubborn and unsupportive this needs to be closed down I have other mental health problems from it too like it’s messed up and I survived from it now and thank God I am still alive until this day and yep and never forgeting that moment my sister was trying to tell people to help me and nobody cared when I was getting chocked and it came out so yeah

The excuses you can give but definitely nothing was fresh & food was very low portions ! Made it worse definitely won’t spend money here again ! I’m a truck driver so I have a lot of variety of experiences ! This definitely wasn’t a good one .

I had an issue with an item missing.. I called and the manager was incredibly helpful and offered to make it right. I came in the next day and was looked after by the staff. Would recommend.

Good service, though the atmosphere is a bit loud so it may be a little hard to hear, but other than that, I enjoyed my meal.

The employees are lucky that i am not the owner or they would all be fired. Saturday, 11am, all pots are empty, no food available to order, employees are sitting down, eating, laughing. They could care less, they just want that money. I will never go back.

It seems like every time I go here and order a large chow mein it’s full of the left over chow mein nothing but vegetables and broken noodles my kids love the noodles but not the veggies so by the time I get done trying to salvage what noodles I can I have about 25% of actual noodles the rest is small noodle pieces and vegetables very frustrating please stop putting the bottom of the barrel noodles on top of fresh noodles

Pretty disappointed in the staff, they literally served the teriyaki chicken to customers just how it looked. The chicken looked as if was sitting for hours on the warmer.

We went here for lunch. The service was horrible. We waiting at the front of the line while the worker walked around and didn’t even acknowledge we were there.when she decided to come and take our order, we asked for Brown rice which in on the menu and available at all other Panada’s l, she informed us that they don’t have it at their store or the mixed veggies. So we got white rice. We then asked for our entress and almost everything had a 15 minute wait. I could understand this, but there was no line before us and it 12pm and almost everything was empty and clean which means they haven’t even made it for the day. I would highly recommend going to another location.

Tried to order on line, could not complete order, insisted on tel. Number, no phone available, and. Insist on using PayPal which I will not use ever again, in a skilled nursing facility so need room delivery, no go. Some people do not fit your order form.
