Food was delicious, white meat chicken was very good! Nice addition to Elyria however Service was not good, I ordered online for pick up, got home with my order and the order of Tourshi wasn’t in my bag and the sauce was wrong on my wrap. I sent in an email and whoever got back to me only addressed the sauce and not the missing item and was pretty nasty in the response like I was asking for a refund for my whole order or asking for something for free when all I want is a refund for my missing item. Nice way to treat a Customer just addressing a missing item…..
UPDATE: I was contacted about the missing item and things were made right. It’s very appreciated that management cares about their community! We’ll definitely be back!

I’m giving this place 5 stars and they forgot my Baklava. Doesn’t matter, food is really good. Everyone needs to eat here, Elyria finally has something worth our time. I’ll catch that Baklava on the next run through. Just check your bag before leaving – I did not. 10/10 I’ll be right back in no time

My sister and I went today around 12:30.
It was our first time in a Pita Way. I was greeted as I walked in, the staff was friendly but professional. They were informative and made suggestions. It was a great experience. I highly recommend. Will definitely be back again.

Service was great and so was the atmosphere but I got so sick from the Detroit gyro. I went with my mom and my step dad and they ran out of gyro meat and I know that it takes awhile for the meat to cook and I was willing to wait for it to cook no rush but they were rushing they cooked it for such a short time it was a light brown but wasn’t cooked and cut it off and sold me uncooked lamb meat, I was so sick I’m never coming back here I spent 50 bucks on food for my family just for me to get severely sick.

Had such a great experience! Staff was Wonderfull even under the pressure of opening day. Bathrooms were cleaned, tables wiped down and food was excellent. WILL be coming back!
