There’s no real space for a line, so if you’re sitting down to eat, you’ve got people hovering over you—literally crotch-level—while they wait to order. And the portions? Total joke. Barely any rice, meat, or cheese. The girl did dump on enough sour cream to fill a whole tub, but that didn’t exactly make up for it.
This location feels like it was designed strictly for drive-through orders. If you can, stick with the Aggieville Chipotle—bigger portions, more space, and no one breathing down your neck while you eat. Only choose the East side one if you need the drive-through, but be prepared for a smaller meal.
Upon walking in we had to wait for the woman making the food to finish her convo with the guy doing dishes, before we could even order. At this time there is 1 person behind us. She finally finished her convo with dude behind her and asks what I would like. It took her 10 minutes to make 2 burritos. She was moving at a glacial pace. All the while the one guy is washing dishes and a girl at the register is playing with her hair. The counter top was absolutely DISGUSTING. Beans smeared on the counter, I didn’t even want to touch it. I looked around and every trashcan is over flowing. The one trash in the lobby was stacked 3 feet high of trash ABOVE the trashcan. Buy the time we finished checking out the line was out the door. About 8-10 people and as we got our drinks and walked out she was JUST getting to the lady behind us. 3 people in that store and no one could be bothered to wipe up the counter top, take out the trash. Normally 2 people assemble the food but not today. I was really hopeful for this restaurant as I HATE dealing with Aggieville and the parking BS. But at least the longest part of my trip to Aggie chipotle is trying to find a place to park.
Good grief. It’s not hard. Good luck to y’all.
