On the road and this was right off I-65 so very convenient. The outside looks new and well maintained. The bathrooms were pretty clean. The employees were working very hard to fill the orders and apologized I had to wait for mine, but it wasn’t that long at all. They had great customer service and my order was made as requested. I would stop by again when in the area.

this gossip girl blabs about his co-workers and customers for hours. unprofessional.
sadly he’s not the only one. this Starbucks has a culture of spewing gossip upon people in the lobby for literally hours on end.
at least the guy with snakebites is gone- he was the worst. every time he was working I’d have to hear him blab on and on about other people. it was so catty and vile.
pro tip: people in the lobby shouldn’t have to hear it. keep it to yourself. we don’t come here to listen to vile gossip for HOURS.
no other Starbucks I’ve ever been to has had a culture of yapping negative opinions about people at the lobby. let people work or concentrate not hear you complain about everyone you work with for HOURS on end.
I feel like this Starbucks is not managed as well as others.

I gave a one for everything but truth be told they could have had the best coffee but we wouldn’t know. The sign said Drive thru opened but couldn’t read the rest of what it said. We had an oversized vehicle that won’t go thru the drive thru. So we left!

I absolutely love this location. It is my favorite; I even make it a point to go out of my way just to drive to this Starbucks. I love Franklin and the area it’s in. The service is always great. I’ve never had an issue with my coffees in fact I think they make them better than any other Starbucks. The barista’s are always so nice and friendly. The wait isn’t long at all even with a long line. Just overall a great Starbucks!

I love this Starbucks! The staff is always very welcoming and great at remembering names and orders even. I had one staff remember to tell me happy birthday several days after it had passed! My drink always comes out fantastic here and they have the tiny little round ice cubes.

I came in here today to see if the new Snoopy cups had launched for Starbucks. A friend of mine has said that they launch today but the employee inside. Let me know that it was tomorrow. She was so sweet and kind. I am excited tomorrow to see what they have for Snoopy. Although I did not purchase anything here, they were very kind and helped me out. Thank you so very much.

This is the slowest service I have ever had at a Starbucks. Waited 30 minutes for a small strawberry acaí refresher and a water and the employees were standing there not making anything while I waited for my drink. Very disappointed by the lack I service I received on my visit.

had an extremely weird experience in this Starbucks this morning. this guy with a hat and an orange shirt kept looking over at me about 20 times. then he started turning his head halfway to me and just stared at the staff area with me well in his view. I wondered if the staff saw what was happening at all. I moved down tables and he even turned further around a couple more times to look at me. he then asked a random patron about bathrooms but then just left. I even caught him on film creeping on me.
then a song came on with the lyric “I always feel like somebody’s watching me.”
a Halloween day if there ever was one.

also the heat is either off or on 84F which is miserable.

Not only are the workers lazy, but have no decency to be a nice people. My order is made incorrectly every single time I come here. Spoke with some of my friends, same thing. For the drinks to be so expensive in the first place adding extra toppings and additives for them to not be in the drink is ridiculous. I’m tired of reaching out and dealing with this. No other location has an issue making my drink or being kind. This location sucks and might as well shut down since the workers and managers don’t understand a job is a job. Don’t complain and take out your laziness on everyone else who’s paying for you to work.

Ordered around 7:30 am and apparently they couldn’t find my order but it was sitting directly on the counter and the managers were super rude as if i hadn’t placed the order and had proof of the order being placed i do not appreciate how unprofessional everyone was and would like for it to be better.
