We have an early morning fitness group nearby and come here weekly afterwards. I love the variety and quality and can’t wait to try the next Special of the Month. I love the chicken salad with cranberries, walnuts and arugula on croissant – even for breakfast! Lots of options with spinach and avocado, like the Mayan, so I feel like I can eat healthy. But I do get an occasional flaky croissant that are delivered from a French bakery in Hyannis. Liz the manager greets everyone with a big smile and chooses the best songs to listen to while we eat, chat and people watch. They also have a rewards program for free coffee and free sandwich – ding ding when someone earns theirs.

This used to be our favorite place to get a breakfast sandwich and coffee, hot chocolate etc. the gluten free toast has been changed, the hot chocolate was okay and I tossed the cappucino. Oh and the blueberry muffin – one bite and I tossed it as well dry and no flavor. Big disappointment and it aint cheap.

Very affordable, quick, convenient breakfast
While waiting for the train for work we decided to grab a quick breakfast. I have to say, these folks work fast! The sandwiches here are freshly made with local ingredients. Which I was not expecting from a small cafe.

The obvious and easy choice for a coffee and snack prior to a train ride. If you get the bagel, asked to have it toasted. But also asked to get the bagel cut in half. That’ll make it easier during your train ride.

The cafe’s pretty great for a train station option. They’ve tried to keep a good decor, the menu is good (way better than a train station cafe can be expected to have) and the prices reasonable. They’re a bit slow on the service, but there’s quite a few takeaway snacks and beverages to choose from if you’re in a hurry. Try out the local Narragansett creamery yoghurt in particular.

Located inside the Providence Train station, you can pick up a quick to go coffee, soda, or pastry. They also make fresh sandwiches and smoothies.

I am sure cardboard is easier to chew than their focaccia. I asked how old it was and they told me that it’s from the morning, but is completely inedible.
