It’s frustrating to order food and not get what you asked for. When I called to place my order I asked for 2 orders of General Tso Chicken and a side of fried rice. The person who takes the orders never confirms the order. I get my food and realize that I only got one. I called back to let them know the mistake that was made. Ok no we’ll send u the order but u have to pay another $4.00 delivery fee. I feel like this should be waived since the mistake was on the restaurant. But nope they argued with and told when they gave me the total I should’ve realized the mistake. Other options was to pick it up. Again already paid a delivery fee why not just send and charge for the food and do better next time. I will never order from here again. The worst service in all of Bridgeport. The end result was for them to send the driver back to get the food and credit me. Like the worst and this is why I stopped going.

The presentation was great!!! The prices are reasonable!!! Customer Service was good!!! Good portions for the price…The food is ok!!! The lo mein was really greasy, boneless ribs were dry, chicken hard…It’s typical Chinese food…1st time I have had chinese food since the pandemic hit so maybe it’s just been too long & my taste buds are different now.

If I could give -1 I would. I used to love this place, I didn’t even had a problem when they incresed the price. However the quality of the food and service has been a downfall. And now I found on the bottom of my chicken and broccoli a piece of plastic!?!? Never ever again. Please save your money and go elsewhere

Its crazy my wife order food form here we spent 60 dollars in food I ask my wife to order Roast pork lo mein with no vegetables I go home to get my dinner and come back to work when I look at my food it have vegetables and mushroom and I’m allergic to mushrooms so I had to eat my ribs and throw out my food then when my wife called to let them know that I’m allergic to mushrooms they said they can’t do anything it’s a shame I will never buy form them ever again I don’t recommend nobody to them

Ribs burnt and old. You could tell because when you bite the bone looks like they been around for a good while. Greasy Lo Mein. Just too much Oil .Horrible. Came from Trumbull.
They expect you to come back and return the food. Donated money. They robbed my blind.
Lesson check your food before you leave. Only thing that was attractive was the take out bag but i wouldn’t give an extra star for that.

This is my second visit at this restaurant. The food is pleasantly prepared and the food taste delicious. I enjoyed my General Tso Chicken with fried bananas. The cleanliness of the environment gave me such a sense of ou peace. I could taste the family love in the meal. I am sure I will return for another visit.
