I will keep it short. Workers can’t count. Slowest BK I’ve ever been to and still some how me up your order. My medium fry had less fries in the box than my small fries. The managed too cram $35 in food in one bag making it frustrating to check the bag they hand you. Good thing I did check. Was missing a sandwich and had to say something about the skimpy fries. I will just avoid this BK all together from now on….

There were two gentlemen working the drive-thru window on 8/7/23, around 7:30p that were just absolutely wonderful. One of the best fast food experiences I’ve had – true customer service. They were both extremely polite and kind. I had to pull up to wait on my food, but even that was quick and the food was fresh and hot. If the one gentleman isn’t in management, he should be. I haven’t had Burger King in years, but I’ll be back to this location:

Called the store. Refused to credit us on the messed up items. Told is to drive 20 minutes back to get our food, but don’t have time before we go to work, and my kids are hungry now. Great customer SERVICE, guys.

Went through the drive thru today. Normally good service/food from this location. People in the drive through were on their phones. Buns were hard, burgers were cold and hard, cheese wasn’t melted Fries and onion rings were cold. Chicken sandwich had so much Mayo it was dripping out the sides.

Not a huge fan of this location, I like a burger, king burger, every so often. Their menu doesn’t exactly change all that often, no fault of the staff here of course. But whoever is in charge of hiring here, should probably hire people that close with a little bit better attitude.

Waited over 15 minutes for my online order while many others who arrived after me were served first. Fries were upside down in the bag and over cooked. Kind of a let down. I know times are tough but I felt like since mine was an online order that they just didn’t care about it.
