I asked for bowl of Green Pepper Soup to take home. I cannot wait to try it later today. We WILL most definitely be back!! (The only negative have to mention would be…Be sure to use restroom prior to coming to this restaurant. As it’s an old building and the restroom is outside on the backside of the building. But don’t let that keep you from stopping here for a meal!!) The food is excellent!!!

12/10 AMAZING! It’s such a nice little place and you can tell they really care about their quality and their customers! We had an absolutely wonderful experience definitely recommend!

Great small town restaurant experience. Rhonda was a great host, service was quick & friendly. The garden omelet was full of veggies & made with real instead of processed cheese. Portions were big.

Unfortunately there are not many good restaurants in the my area of Tamoa. Mostly because there are only fast foods, chains and places that should not be considered restaurants. Barbaras restaurant is a real gem. Barbara decorates herself and greets guests as much as possible. Barbaras is a blessing for this area and my family loves going

I like trying different diners, especially for breakfast. I was in the Ruskin area and decided to check this place out. I ordered the Kountry Boy breakfast (not misspelled). It came with two eggs, two sausage patties, two strips of bacon, biscuits and gravy, and a side. It was more than I could possibly eat. More importantly, it tasted great. Both the bacon and sausage patties tasted better than the average diner’s. The prices were fair, and I had great service, too.

Very comfortable restaurant with lots of good eats. I had liver and onions with mashed and coke slaw. Others had what they said was the best chicken fried steak they ever had. The service was quick and courteous.

A Fantastic restaurant with employees that treat you like family coming home to spend some time with them and have a home cooked meal. The food is Delicious home cooking served with a smile and a warm welcome home. Hands down this is my favorite restaurant I’ve ever had the privilege of going to.
