One word BRANDON !! I have never met somebody that has worked with so much enthusiasm, happiness and joy. He brings a smile to my face every single day he offers extra help he goes above and beyond, and this guy needs to be running for store manager positions or something like that because I’m 43 years old, he’s probably half my age and I can tell you from experience. He has the attitude and it’s never Ever different. Keep up the good work Kylie you’re doing greatToday i’m back and I want to give a huge shout out to Nick And Gina my order waiting on me with a smile on their face, dealing with angry customers that goes a long way in my book this song howie is the fastest out of all of them and I think the quality of the food is great. You can create your own pizzas and they have the cheapest price. It definitely is better than Domino’s Pizza Hut And Little Caesars so give it a try. You won’t be disappointed and for all the DoorDash drivers This is the location you want to go to especially when Gina And Nick are working—-I’m back again today and Nick is handling my order. I’ve seen Nick handle people that are rude with a smile on his face that goes a long way ,him along with the others in this review make this hungry Howie‘s my favorite place to go pick up I do DoorDash And they are always on time. I order from this place and I pick up deliveries. I’d like to give a shout out to Brandon and Kylie from an outsider looking in. I can tell you that I always feel like they’re understaffed and they get swamped with the orders and they have to work extra hard and deal with people that are rude with a smile on their face. That’s what I seen them do I had the pleasure to speak with Brandon what a nice guy he is very personable very open and easy to talk to I’m always by myself and when you go into a place like that with good atmosphere, it just makes you feel like you’re at home and the prices you can’t be for the quality. I asked to get well done pizza. It was a soggy mess. When I first started ordering from this location.. It was very good. Today it missed the mark. The last few times of ordering… Terrible. . I give up. $70.00 including a tip for 2 pizzas and 1 salad with added meat.. Truly not good. I am in the industry.. This truly shows how people need to go back to work. Every restaurant is struggling. Costs are going through the roof and the cost to get a live body, is next to impossible. Please understand I am not kind in this review, but I have true empathy for the restaurant’s that are truly in a struggle of their lives. . I am greatful for those employees that are there Every Day.. We all have to understand we will be disappointed.. Our lives have changed.

The people act like they dont want to work there and they have lowsy attitudes. Its like they just hire anybody! I ordered a pizza they gave me the wrong one.. put me on hold had an attitude and instead of being positive about fixing it they promised me a credit then hung up spitefully. The pizza was so salty it was not edible and greasy on top of that. I miss the old management! I will NEVER spend my hard earned money there again. Terrible. Need new workers and better management pertaining to customer service for sure.

The Tavares location hands down better location. They greet you when you first come in & seem excited to have customers. This location could definitely get training from them. I’m glad I made the drive for better service.

We ordered one Pizza, one dozen BBQ Wings, and one dozen Original wings. I picked up the order, but when I got Home my wife complained that the Original was burning her mouth. I knew I gave her the Original wings, and I told her so. Then I tasted them. She was right. It was hot and spicy! I called the store, and I complained that I received the wrong ones. I told the young man that I believe they mixed up because one dozen wasn’t Original. He insisted they were, because he boxed them up. He became irate with me. He said I will make you a new order but you Must return the other order. I told him I only wanted what I ordered. Again he said I got what I ordered. So I asked him what Original wings were. He told me they are dipped in Buffalo Sauce. Why in the world would they put Buffalo Sauce on Original wings? Then to make matters worse there is no mention of Buffalo Sauce on Original wings. He said they Never had a complaint about the wings before. I asked him if anyone else was allergic to Buffalo Sauce and he said “No one has Ever complained about our wings before “. Didn’t answer my question. I said I
will call back tomorrow and talk to the owner. He got offensive and said he was the owner. I told him I didn’t want free wings. Also said I will never order from them again. I won’t either! They just lost a family that loves Pizza and wings! Thank God Marco’s Pizza is up the street. It doesn’t matter though I will drive 30 miles for Pizza and wings before I order from Hungry Howies in Eustis, Florida!

Generic hungry howies, they follow directions, my order is always right and ready on time . Love the antipasta salad and the subs are kinda like open face calzone. Only thing I would not recommend is the wings , they are a bust. But this location is right next door to a awesome wing shop . Usually we order a couple pizzas and pick up wings next door

I ordered a pizza online and chose to have the pizza lightly cooked. When I picked up the pizza it was beyond burnt. The pepperoni was black. The cashier and manager on duty were very rude. The cashier stated my choices are either I pay for a burnt pizza or I get wait and inconvenience myself for a new one. I told her I would keep the pizza but, I wasn’t going to pay for a burnt pizza. The manager said he can’t give me a pizza for free, even though they burnt my original order and was going to let me keep that pizza in I pay for a new one. This was a terrible experience.
