Seating is tight. Can’t recommend for large parties. Seating is pretty close together, and most seating sits max of 4.
Service is simple and personal. Usually only one person behind the desk who handles everything but the cooking, so treat them nice
Food was great though, nice juicy burgers, fries are hand cut there in house, not prefrozen crap. They also offer an impressive selection of specialty burgers and sides.
Will be happy to go again.
Edit: We’ve eaten here 2 more times since the initial visit. We havent been disappointed yet. The black raspberry milkshake is my favorite!
The place was pretty busy on a Saturday. There was still plenty of seating.
Oh, and how could you not love a place called “Pickle Nickle.”
The milkshake was excellent. Nice and creamy and well blended so the flavors were even throughout.
The Taco Salad was a generous portion with fresh crisp vegies with a sprinkling of a very few tortilla chips like croutons. The meat was a sliced burger patty that didn’t taste like it had any taco seasoning to it, just plain. There was a generous amount of taco sauce, salsa, and sour cream, but the salad did not have any of the typical taco salad components like rice, beans, guac, etc.
Josh’s Taco Fries were nice and hot thick cut, skin on, fries. It was a generous portion of fries but only had a pretty meager dollop of chili (no taco seasoning), sprinkling of lettuce, and smidge of cheese sauce. After getting through the first layer, which ate up all the toppings, I had to use ketchup on the rest.
We heard a lot of people commenting positively about the smash burger options, which did look appealing on the menu, so maybe that would be a better try.

Irritation factor: this old house needs the floors supported. Just the waiter walking around had our seats and table rocking like the high seas.
Also, the milkshakes are delicious! Make sure you grab one along with your meal.
