This location has gone down hill over the past year. I can’t spend money here anymore. My order is almost never right. To the point that it is a surprise when something is right. They regularly don’t have baked goods or staples of their menu. The service is hit or miss. I’m aware over the years I regularly spend hundreds of dollars a month there between my family and me. We will be going to the other coffee shop in town from now on. It’s not worth the agitation of dealing with constantly not getting what you ordered when you expect to be treating yourself or family to a treat and spending the amount it costs to get you and your family each something and driving away to see it’s not what you wanted. It used to be so great going there. I hope they can get it together again.

Worst Dunkin ever. We waited a long time for food while they continued to serve others. When we questioned the service, we got rude treatment from the “cook” and then the cashier. We were yelled at and told to never come back. No chance of that. Looking at other reviews, we are not alone in our experience.

Depending on when you go depends on the service . When I go the service is great and they are very welcoming. They always smile and make sure everything is right.

At the Ogdensburg, NY location, 80% of what we order is never available. This has occurred at our last 6 visits!! I would hate to hear of unused food being wasted, but since such a shortage of menu items happens so regularly, it would be a good practice to order more! We will start seeking other choices, for sure. Very disappointing & frustrating.

Yesterday I ordered a large cappuccino and what I got was not a cappuccino. If it didn’t take forever for my order and it wasn’t so busy I would have gone back to complain. I understand there is a shortage of capable employees at the moment but my order was insanely simple. (large plain cappuccino) I’m no barista but I have owned a expresso maker and have an admiration for coffee. I know what a cappuccino should be and this was not it. What I received yesterday was expresso in a cup of foam. There was no milk or all the milk was turned to foam. I knew something was wrong right away when my cup weighed nothing. I did set it back down while I waited for someone to comeback to the counter. I decided last minute not to say anything after verifying that said drink was my order and was infact ready. I honestly don’t expect much from Dunkin anymore but this was less than acceptable for a drink that cost a little over $5. I ended up fixing it myself by adding some warm milk. The drink was very good and fresh it was just missing most of the drink. The milk which is what makes up most of a cappuccino.

The guy at the drive through needs to be fired, period. Told me they were closed (they were open) and then said he was kidding. Gave me a small coffee when I paid for a large. Proceeded to argue. Hire competent staff who act professional, please.
