Kinda bummed about having so much solid chunks of ice in my smoothie.
I came through today for a peach smoothie & a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was lukewarm & the smoothie ended up having quite a few ice cubes in it.
To me it looked like not enough smoothie was made so they put ice at the bottom of the cup and put the smoothie on top to fill the whole cup instead of re-making it correctly.
I’m disappointed because this is the first experience like this at this location. I don’t make it to scooter’s often anymore but last time I had a few coffee grounds in my peach smoothie & now a ton of solid ice at the bottom of my smoothie.

Coffees are always good , but unreal experience today. Ordered maple waffle sandwich this is what I got. Crumbled up, no way to eat it as a sandwich and burnt chunk floating around in the bag. It’s crazy that someone would bag that and think it’s acceptable to serve to another person. For the money we pay, we deserve better.

I ordered 2 small coffees with 5 packs of sugar and creamer and one of their mint chocolate chip cookie cups at the Noland Rd Location in Independence Missouri. When I got to the window the chunky white girl had tons of attitude when I started to ask about the order. I was asking because it was like 6 dollars too high. She explained that each additional packet of sugar after the first packet was an additional .68 cents. I asked to verify so your charging me .68 for each sugar pack and she said yes. I’m not there most loyal customer but in my lifetime I’ve spent somewhere around 6k at scooters on various drinks etc. Thing is I will never go back for any reason. These franchises need to be careful who they let represent them because almost 1 dollar for every pack a sugar after your first is ridiculous.

Everything is usually great here. Today when I was handed my coffee it was the wrong size not the worst thing but once I was long gone realized upon taking a drink it wasn’t even the correct drink which means I didn’t get the extra shots I paid for. Very disappointing considering the drink they gave me taste terrible.

A great scooters coffee location! The drive through process with smooth. We had three separate orders since we had multiple passengers in the car.
They gladly let us make separate orders and it was easy to pay and get all our drinks. We all enjoyed our beverages!
I tried the birthday cake iced latte on this trip. One of my favorite drinks here usually is the iced white mocha with raspberry! Great drinks here and worth checking out!
