I order in drive thru since the dining area is closed due to construction. Well I order a 3 piece strip with an extra side of mashed potato, they completely forgot to put in the extra mashed potato. Mind you there were no other customers just me, how do you forget something with a simple order and no customers? This location barely have any customers for the same reason, bad service. This is not the only time this ever happend I wanted to give them a chance because there were no other customers. All I saw were employees who just dont care about working anymore. Anyways never again!

KFC generally has decent food and that is literally the only saving grace for this location. The prices have gone crazy the last couple of years but that is every KFC. The problem with this one is that the service is slow, and the inside area with seating is flat out gross. It took a long time to get to the register to order even though there were only a few people in front of us. And then it turned out they forgot to make our order and we had to wait longer after several others got served that were behind us in line. The seats are old and patched in some places that had rips. The tables are dirty and the floor was sticky, so nasty. Not recommended.

Walked inside with the plan to eat after a restroom break. The floors inside the restaurant are filthy. There’s a funky smell in the air. The bathrooms are FILTHY. The employees were talking loudly to each other. Things added up quickly why we were the only potential customer. We did not eat. Disgusting. Do not stop here.

Well, all you have to do is read all the other reviews below. Waited 45 minutes for a bucket of 12 piece chicken, manager just stayed in office or wandered around. Six people working during 5:30 dinner rush, yet run out of chicken. Floors filthy, bathroom gross.

Absolutely terrible. I havent has KFC in over a decade because of the service and I went in today to try the cheetos sandwich because I love cheetos lol and not only did I have to wait 15 minutes to get my food.. the food was beyond greasy and cold.. unbelievable. Never again.

The man just about threw my order through the drive thru window at me. And just shut the door. I was going to ask for hot sauce but didn’t get the chance to ask. Food was OK except nacho fries over salted , service was terrible as in hateful people working there right from the start as I was walking in . The tall white kid was rude didn’t say excuse me and walked directly in my path as though he could tell I wasn’t white despite my skin tone and the cashier hateful attitude opposite as though she thought I was white . Only one nice was the manager. Now I know why they call it the dirty south . Restaurant was clean though. Parking lot could redone , typical down south dying town crumble look

Last week they were out of chicken. Of course they don’t tell you this until you’ve been stuck in the drive thru line for 30 minutes.Out of tacos too, I left. It appeared the whole crew was at the back door smoking. Today they had a chicken pot pie, I had a coupon for the $5 fill up. Let them know when I ordered I had it. Get to the window they say there are no more $5 fill ups it would be $8.62. I showed her the coupon she said it must be expired. I got it out of the mailbox yesterday, expires Aug 26, 2022. She said let me get my boss.10 minutes later the manager fixed my coupon/ total. The other gal gets my pot pie and says have a good night. I asked where’s my drink and cookie. She handed me a cookie. They had no drinks or bottled water, said the previous shift didn’t change out the syrup and been out of bottled water for a while. I am not even going to try again. This store is horribly managed and obviously the owners don’t care.

I didn’t want to make this, but I come here very often and i dont want to sound rude, but I got tired today, old lady at front with goggles is very rude, has a very bad attitude, she took my order, I paid for it but for some reason I got deleted, This lady had a very rude attitude. And anytime I go there is just the same, you guys can’t have people like that,you guys are losing costumers, there is a Puerto Rican lady that works at the back, she is the most beautiful person and the sweetest one in there. Thank God she was there and fixed my problem Immediately, she was so nice and so kind. She deserves better, she took care of me and 3 mores guys that were behind me because for some reason the our order was not showing up on the screen, I really hope you guys do something about it because we just go there to order food, not to be treated like that, and Again, Thanks for the Puerto Rican lady that was working there today, she is a beautiful soul❤️
