I had a really good experience at Starbucks. The matcha drinks are my favorite, and they always taste consistent and well made. I ordered ahead through the app, and my drink was ready when I arrived, which made everything quick and easy. No problems at all with my order. Great experience!

Atmosphere: Staff was gossiping loudly about previous customer experiences and their remarks were audible in the drive thru.
Food: received a drink with whip when ordered non whip (ordered almond milk and no whip i.e. “dairy free”)
Service: when asked to remake the drink with no whip/dairy free, they remade it but still used whole milk (i was the only one at the counter and could clearly see the drink being made). When I asked the barista to verify it was Almond milk, he insisted it was and handed me the drink.

A different starbucks had made my drink poorly and I stopped here to get a new one, the lady was so kind and remade my drink

Nice atmosphere quiet and clean,not too busy like in different places.
My order is usually cappuccino with almond milk, and i got pretty fast

This is one of my favorite locations to get coffee they always get my order right which makes me very happy. Unfortunately today that was not the case.I’m honestly very disappointed The first photo is when I realized my coffee was under portion and covered up with whipped cream. The second photo is after the whip cream melted. I pay for the quality and the service of the coffee that’s why I don’t mind paying the six dollars that I do but today I definitely do mind .

I understand that Starbucks gets quite busy and there’s no guarantee how long you’ll be waiting in the drive-thru line but this was ridiculous. There were 4-5 staff members behind the counter and 0 customers at the counter ordering and yet, I waited in line about 7-8 minutes.
And instead of having any urgency to get the drinks ready for all of the other cars in line, staff were standing around singing, laughing, and on their phones. All for a drink that ended up not even being made correctly. Please speak with your staff.

Nice staff. Good old reliable Starbucks coffee. One star subtracted for the cold uncomfortable set up of the store. Concrete floors and equally hard chairs to sit on. Starbucks definitely doesn’t want anyone to get too comfortable here.
