Only real sit down breakfast spot in this are. The service was fantastic. The lady that took care of me was super sweet and very attentive. Sadly the food was not good at all. They charge an extra dollar for any egg meals bit then my scrambled eggs were powdered. You could taste the grainyness in them. The sausage was burned on the outside and still pink on the inside. They need to improve the food and use real eggs . Thanks for the great service though.

Friendly staff! Generous portions and quality food — they use real eggs for all of their dishes (I personally watched them crack >100 eggs from my table. One reviewer was reporting they used powdered eggs which is simply not true). Only the best at Chatty’s!

Family friendly with great service and outstanding breakfast. I had the black steak with eggs and hash browns the best I ever had!! Congratulated the cook Beth and her assistance/owner Kathy who very humbly came to our table and thank us for our visit. I will definitely go back and highly recommend anyone to taste the delicious food. You will not regret it!!!!!

I’m disappointed in the cook more than anything. Swiss cheese tastes like American cheese. I was told it’s a generic brand, lol. It was not good. Her attitude sucked.Toast was hard and cold. My other two guest enjoyed their food.

So delicious, best Eggs Benedict I’ve ever had in my entire life. Very busy but very successful with handling lots of customers. Always a good experience when I come here. Just remember they are cash only so stop by the ATM before you go.

This place used to be really good. It had quality food for low prices. Those days are over. We went back yesterday for the first time in about a year and were stunned with the prices. I paid $8 for two eggs home fries a meat and coffee. Way way overpriced. I think they got too big for their britches. My husband steak was under done. Their menu was very limited. And they got rid of all the fun stuff like a cheese steak omelets. Plus I was sick when I got home their food gave me diarrhea.

We went for the first time today. Food was good, service was excellent, price was right and vibe was great. We asked for waters to start. Water tasted horrendous, which impacted the taste of the coffee, and even smelled up the bathroom when washing hands. Not sure what was up with it, but enough to be a dealbreaker to return. You guys need to know about it.

First let me say the food is plentiful but only cooked the way the chef feels like making it. Should one feel inclined to ask for an alteration to the already served order prepare to be lambasted verbally and very loudly by the cook (sorry she only resembles a chef in temperament). The food isn’t good enough for me to ever go back.
