Great Hispanic food. As soon as we entered the door, we received a friendly greeting from the hostess. The decor is beautiful. They are newly opened.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I had to return to edit my review. We got steak tacos from the food truck , they were greasy and bland but we ate them and I initially gave it a fair review of that ! Until several hours later when we returned home!! Omg ! My husband and I were so sick ! And we both still have upset stomachs 3 days later. I’m sure it’s food poisoning! Or maybe a bacterial infection from rank old meat .. I’m hoping we’ll not have to go to the ER this weekend and can make it until seeing the doctor on Monday .. terrible terrible experience! And I know it’s from THIS food ! It’s all we had that day and we’re both sick !!! I should have known when we pulled up at lunchtime and no one was there .. most food trucks are bustling at lunch time , but not being from Columbia and just passing by we took a chance..

I had the chilaquiles with carne asada and eggs, and let me tell you — they were next level! The carne asada was juicy and packed with flavor, the eggs were cooked to perfection, and the chilaquiles had that perfect crunch with just the right amount of green salsa . The crema and cheese on top tied everything together beautifully. And that mango drink with the chamoy rim? Refreshing and spicy! I just had dinner at Chile Caliente, a new Mexican restaurant that opened just four weeks ago. I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything ran. For being so new, the staff already works together like a well-oiled machine—friendly, attentive, and professional. Customer service was excellent, and my entire order was brought out quickly and appeared to be made fresh.
The carne asada tacos were solid (comparable to other popular spots in the area), but the real standout was the shrimp ceviche tostada. Hands down one of the best I’ve had in a long time! Fresh, zesty, and perfectly balanced.
They’re still expanding the menu and waiting on their liquor license, but based on this visit, they’re off to a great start! I definitely recommend giving Chile Caliente a try—this place has all the makings of a local favorite!

10/10 experience! The staff was very friendly and prompt. The food was delicious, highly recommend the burrito calliente! The salsa was the best I’ve ever had and I couldn’t stop eating it. Definitely one of our favorite spots now!

This is an amazing Mexican restaurant! Great decor, delicious homemade chips, a free salsa bar, fantastic service, and the sopes are sooo good!! I had a sope al pastor and was very satisfied. We will definitely be back.

I order a chicken Milanesa and they gave me steak milanesa. When I went back to tell the lady she said they don’t have chicken Milanesa but they didn’t advise me that they don’t do chicken Milanesa. But never offer to gave me the money back because it was their fault. On top of that there were ladies in the payment area, they already order they were just there standing, another guy came after me and the lady was taking his order, knowing I was there standing waiting to get my order, she didn’t have the respect to at least asked me if I order and she saw me standing there. Then she was looking at me with attitude. When she was trying to take the guy order I asked her how things worked to order and if there is a line because I came first and I already had like 5 minutes trying to figure out how to order. Overall I had a terrible expense and I were very disrespected.
