This is a fair and honest rating. A few of the reviews and pictures on the website brought me here. I want to notate that my order was placed literally 15 mins before close . However, the 3 stars on the food because the chicken was fried to perfection. It was juicy and had the perfect crunch However the flavor was kind of bland to the point that i needed to add salt and hot sauce. The shrimp fried rice was also bland and lacked all of the vegetables and onions that I like to see in it. The spring roll was hot and fresh . In my opinion it was okay on flavor but not the best . The presentation was off However all of the food was hot and fresh, made to the order and was done by the time i was there in 15 mins. The customer service gets a 5 star rating, the representative whom answered the phone was very nice and helpful. Also I couldn’t figure out which one I had just called when I saw that there were a few with the same name so I tried calling back, my call dropped and before I could hit the call back button, someone had called me back to explain the exact location. The location stays open till 10. It is located inside of a plaza and right off of a main street. The environment inside was not too pleasant to eat in However there was seating available and there are drinks for sale as well. I would also like to note that the food was very fair priced. I got shrimp fried rice, a spring roll and 10 wings ( they were not whole wings) However the price was only $19 . I did see alot of people rushing in and the store stayed open a few mons longer for the orders. I would not eat here again . However do encourage everyone to at least try. They did have a lot of customers and they Also offer other items on the menu, perhaps you may find something to your liking and they will answer the phone when your stomach is running on E and take your order mons before close. I do not know how this place gets bad reviews. Ive been here a couple times recently and everytime the food is fresh, and service is amazing. You can tell they put alot of love into the food. I will be a regular here for sure! And they have a 99 health score. Show me another place that does!!!

11 pm closing time is why I rate this place with 4 stars. Not many good food choices in this area with late business hours. Evening cooks seem to cook food better than day time cooks (tasty & fresh in the evening, opposed to bland & sloppy food during lunch/afternoon hours). Customer service is not the best any time of the day, but decent food portions for the price. Delivery time is usually always more than an hour wait time, so pick up is your best choice.

Do not order DoorDash from them. I have ordered their shrimp on multiple occasions. I ordered them about two months ago and I received spoiled shrimp and then I try to give them a second chance today and receive spoiled shrimp. I don’t know what’s going in the kitchen or they don’t understand how to properly prepare Seafood, but serving customers spoiled shrimp is not OK and I have notified upper management and have not received any type of call or consolation.

We ordered our food at 5:38 called the store at 6:43 and they said the food just left the store. The delivery man did not get here till 7:10. We spent $70 and waited over an hour and a half on cold, nasty food. The food is horrible, the service is horrible. Do not waste your money here. They use to be my favorite Chinese fast food restaurant. They have gone down hill in the last year. Sucks for them because I spend a lot of money every time we go. *The shrimp is to gross to even eat.

As a Doordash delivery person, we just received the order less than 5 minutes ago and you came in to pick up the food. Since we don’t serve fast food, it doesn’t take that long to prepare. After waiting for 5 minutes, you asked me for free sweet tea because we don’t have free sweet tea in the store. Then you secretly took my photo and posted it online? Later, you even stole the guests’ food! We had surveillance throughout the entire process!

I really used to like the place and the food..Not anymore!! Sanitation Grade is 91% had I known this I probably would not have ordered.. one minor issue got turned into sooo much more than what it needed. Id waited over an hour for my delivery and i literally live 2 mins away..I paid the delivery fee plus a 10% tip with my card online. The driver forgot my drink and said he would be right back…NEVER RETURNED…I called and was told that he hadnt even come back to the restaurant. I then have to go to the restaurant to the rest of my order…so now im my own delivery driver…NEVER An apology, never offered my drink..i was told i needed to wait for the manager…I wanted my delivery fee and tip back…I showed her my receipt where id been charged and she told me i paid the driver and need to wait for the driver…See Receipt…I also asked where the shrimp were in my shrimp fried rice..she told me I must have eaten them…Really? I hadnt even had time to taste my food after an hour wait for delivery then 30 mins of trying to get product I paid for and you want to basicly say I ate food that had just been delivered…DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY…RUDE..NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY..THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE COMMUNITY AROUND THEM AND THE PEOPLE KEEPING THIS BUSINESS OPEN.
