The staff is friendly and helpful.
I personally highly recommend trying the cold dishes at the front. The Xiao long bao soup dumplings are super juicy.
Parking can be difficult in this old plaza depending on the hours. Seating usually doesn’t take too long.
One of the best things about this places is the noodles. House made, can be adjusted to your liking. They’re perfectly chewy and have a nice texture to them.
When I first visited, one of my favorites places dishes here was the kung pao chicken. It used to be very unique, fried super crispy before mixed with the carrot, peanuts, peppers, and other bits. On our recent trip, it’s seems like they completely changed the recipe, it’s on the sweet side, no carrots or other veggies and peanuts were just added on top. I lost one of my favorite dish here, would never order the current kung pao chicken again.
Not pictured or ordered since it was a hot day, but one of my favorites is their beef noodle sou. It’s a great comfort dish with excellent flavor and good portions of meat and veggies
All of their dry noodles or cold noodles are delicious as well.
One of their house specialty entrees I really enjoyed and will order again is the spicy spare ribs. Super crispy, good spices. Might be a bit on the oily side, but it’s delicious.
XLB are good, not the best but perfectly fine. Juicy and good flavor.
Cold cuts are good as an appetizer, you can choose however many you want and portions are good.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would say they get swamped a bit during busy hours as they handle tables and also take out orders.
Top fav is Beef roll pancake
Cold Sliced Beef Wrap With Hoisin Sauce!
Love how there noodles and dumplings are also fresh too!
– Tomato beef noodle
– Pork and Chinese cabbage dumplings
We had House special Beef Noodle soup (medium flat), and House style chow mien (knife cut) both were excellent.
If you like lamb, definitely try the Lamb skewers with exotic flavors. (3 in an order, we got 2 orders)
The XLB and Beef roll are both good but not extraordinary compared to the noodles. We ordered 3 appetizers, pig ears was the best.

We still love this place, it’s a little far for us, but I don’t mind coming every week. Everyone loved every dish. We ordered a lot for the 3 of us, and got plenty of leftovers to enjoy again tomorrow!
This is a good hidden gem.
Beef rolls
Pork Soup dumplings
Dan Dan noodles
Pork wontons in chili oil
The noodles and the beef rolls came out first. The noodles were very good with a little kick and a hint of peanuts. We finished those off quickly.
The beef rolls with six huge pieces. Very flavorful, but on the salty side.
The soup dumplings and pork wontons in chili oil weren’t that spicy but they were excellent. The soup dumplings had generous pieces of pork inside each one and a delicious broth inside.
Service was very friendly and food came out quickly. The price is worth it with the amount of food you get.
The pan fried pork, chive, shrimp dumplings are delicious and the stars. We had the BBQ pork ribs and they’re flavorful and delicious.
We came in specifically looking for something warm and comforting since it was freezing outside. Unfortunately, almost nothing delivered.
The soup was the one bright spot – it was actually hot. Everything else felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp (or worse). The orange chicken was hot only on the outside and lukewarm/cold in the middle, exactly like when you microwave leftovers unevenly. The chow mein and fried rice had the same problem – barely warm and completely bland. The fried rice in particular had almost no flavor at all; it tasted like plain steamed rice that someone forgot to season.
The shrimp in our shrimp dish arrived noticeably cold in the center. When we pointed it out, the server blamed the air conditioning, turned it off, and walked away – no apology, no offer to remake it, nothing.
Speaking of service, there were only two servers for the entire restaurant on what seemed like a busy night. Multiple tables (including ours) were constantly looking around trying to flag someone down for refills, boxes, the check, etc. It felt understaffed and chaotic.
Overall, really let down. We won’t be returning.
