True Venezuelan cuisine and culture. Excellent taste- very authentic South American seasoning, presentation, plate options. Venezuelan style selection of beef, chicken, and pork as the mainstay with a couple of basic but really flavorful sides that complement.
It puts you in the same nice resturant that you would go into in Maracaibo or the surrounding countrysides in my experience. Note: the culture is tranquil at meal time- ‘relax a minute while you enjoy a meal’. If you need to rush in and out, I’d recommend letting them know when you walk in.

La comida estuvo muy deliciosa y se nota la calidad en la preparación. Además, el tiempo en cocina desde que uno ordena hasta que sirven es excelente.
Sin embargo, la atención al cliente es muy deficiente y es un aspecto que deben mejorar muchísimo. Las meseras no están pendientes de las personas que llegan al negocio, y tampoco hay una señalización clara que indique si se debe hacer fila o si ellas se acercan a la mesa, lo cual genera confusión desde el inicio.
El lugar estaba desocupado, pero aun así la atención no fue buena. Las meseras mostraban mala actitud y pasaban pegadas al celular casi todo el tiempo, en vez de estar atentas a los clientes.
Es una lástima, porque la comida realmente vale la pena, pero la experiencia se ve afectada por el mal servicio.

However, the customer service was very poor, and this is something that needs a lot of improvement. The waitresses were not attentive to customers arriving at the restaurant, and there was no clear sign explaining whether customers should wait in line or if the staff would come to the table, which created confusion from the beginning.
The place was not busy, but the service was still not good. The waitresses had a poor attitude and were on their phones almost the entire time instead of paying attention to the customers.
That is unfortunate, because the food is truly worth it, but the overall experience is affected by the bad service.

Desde que llegué sentí otra vibra… atención de primer nivel, trato brutal y un servicio simplemente de loco. Cada detalle se nota, la experiencia fue tan buena que uno sale renovado, con otra energía. De verdad que aquí saben lo que hacen y lo hacen con pasión. Vale totalmente la pena, calidad real, ambiente duro y un resultado que habla solo. Sin duda vuelvo y lo recomiendo al 100%.
