I get that’s its delivery but dude come on. Idk if the delivery driver just “forgot” to ring the doorbell or confirm that my pizza was delivered on the app. But it sat outside on the front porch, on the ground, for who knows how long. The pizza is completely cold and old. I don’t want a stupid coupon. I want a refund. Do they make that easy though? Of course not. I’m pissed. I’m never wasting my money here again. I’ve been a long time customer and have never complained, but dude really? Reach out to me and give me a refund and I’ll stop leaving you shitty reviews

Dominos should have Hillary train others around town. Customer service was amazing with a big smile, friendly demeanor and welcomed my son and I immediately into her store.

The staff at my Domino’s on 528 near Corrales NM are great. They are friendly, cheerful and welcoming. I like the thin crust pizza with BBQ sauce, chicken and pineapple. Plus I get a free pizza now and then.

I ordered a pan pizza. The description of pan pizza is cheese and topping to the edge of the crust. This pizza is the furthest from that. Also I ordered 3 toppings and only received 2. I ordered extra bake and that was not done. Last order from Domino’s.

HORRIBLE!! our pizza was immediately made after I placed the order only to sit in the store for TWENTY MINUTES before a driver could pick it up to deliver it. Pizza was cold and seriously doubt that was extra cheese and extra mushrooms. Wings were cold. And how do you screw up Lava Cakes?!?! Well they did. No powdered sugar and cold…like sat for hours cold and a greasy mess. $48 wasted! If they have a shortage of drivers then ANY manager worth a grain of salt would wait to cook the pizza or prepare the wings… Quality check needs checked. Thanks to the handy app it was the manager that prepped our order from start to finish/quality check. No excuse for this. Received a full refund!

They’re usually always so good. But man I ordered pasta and a pizza, the pasta was 1/3 filled. Literally took three bites and it was gone. Not even to mention they took 55 MINUTES. 55 MINUTES. to deliver my food. Christ. Tipped $7 just to be put last on their delivery list. Tell your delivery boys to not take 4 deliveries at a time so some of us can get our food on time.

This location is normally the best location but tonight made me think otherwise. I tipped the driver 1.34 onyx card but I had cash to give them when they got to my door. The driver did not give me my order, he left it at the door. I also do t appreciate the rude comment of “really lol” that was written on my receipt because it was a low tip. Had the driver actually handed me my food like he was supposed to, he would gotten an extra $3.

This is probably the best Domino’s nationwide. I have traveled extensively for 40+ years and the way these folks prepare the pizza is absolutely the best and I have bought from their stores coast to coast. They pay attention to any special requests and they understand what “well done” is supposed to look like! Outstanding location and friendly staff inside.

All these 1 stars are crazy, this group of workers have always been quick, helpful, and not matter what if I had a problem they always fixed it right away, you guys have to remember my boy Arthur, he helped me right away with everything when I needed help with using a gift card, even when we got disconnected he made it a point to call me right back!! Good job you guys, I hope everyone leaving bad reviews understand the pressure these workers are under when working in the food industry and on top of that, working at a popular restaurant
