I normally love Jimmy Johns but I feel like their sandwiches are getting a bit skimpy. Ordered a turkey tom today. When I got home and opened it up-wow! Looked like I got a bread sandwich.

Freaky fast or freaky fatuous. It depends on the time of customers or employees, making it difficult for the job, whether if it is just not enough employees need enough work for their business hours to finish the work, due to budgets. Sometimes it is the too many customers all at once during rush our, when drivers and food service needed, it is best to call up on Doordash or Uber Delivery for assistance, instead of pressuring the employee drivers or the staff.

My wife and I were literally talking about how Jimmy John’s used to be all about being freaky fast. Now when you go to a Jimmy John’s it takes as long or longer than any other fast food place. They’re too busy getting people through the drive-thru and making orders for all the food delivery apps to worry about the people in the store.

It was a typical Jimmy John’s. Quality was on par. With every other one I’ve been to. I ordered the turkey Tom and David Vito. Staff wasn’t super friendly but they weren’t rude either. Very convenient location. Restrooms and dining area were very clean.

Usually a big fan of Jimmy John’s, but this was just a big disappointment. After several bites and still no turkey, I opened my beach club to find this sorry excuse for a sandwich. An oddly wadded up (and very unappealing) single “slice” of turkey, mushy cucumbers, and wilty lettuce. I paid top dollar for a sub that primarily consisted of bread and provolone?? By far the poorest experience I’ve ever had with any Jimmy John’s location.

Ordered food straight from the Jimmy John’s app, not Door Dash. Food took an hour to be delivered to me and, when I called to complain to a manager, I was basically told “It is what it is” and blamed it on the third party delivery service they said they had to use since they didn’t have a delivery driver at that time. I was at work, and could not leave. Also said they saw the food sitting there for at least 45 minutes and just left it to sit there. How about find someone to deliver my food, not just let it sit on the counter. Not so “freaky fast” anymore.

“Welcome to Jimmy John’s” was excitedly yelled when I walked in the restaurant. I was bamboozled by excited employees. Great atmosphere, super friendly staff and great sandwich, you can not really get a better deal. The best Jimmy Johns shop I’ve ever been in. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Went to jj for lunch on and order our food and stood for 20 minutes and waited and guy came in order after us and we were still waiting and I went to counter ask for my money back the young kid behind counter were slow abd acted like they did was not very smart and acted like they did not know how to make a sabdwitch they lost our order and they acted like they were not happy to be there they did not ask if we were waiting for an order they just kept looking at us it was horrible service and we wil never go back here if they could get 0 star that what they would get for everything they need s new manager that can get oeopke to work not little children that don’t know what there doing
