I bought the chicken teriyaki bowl. I took a bite and the chicken was pretty dry. I took a second bite and yup, still dry. I’ll repurpose the rice and throw out the chicken. It was take out so I’m mot taking it back.

Food was good and delivered fast. The white sauce was very good as well; they give you a whole bottle so you can go to town with it.

I’ve been coming here on and off since they opened. (Moreso pre-Covid, but that was a lifestyle change) The food is wonderful, especially the carrots. You get a lot of food; about 60% is rice. My issues is that the current pictures of the menu showed lunch special at $5.84. The menu information (that says updated 1 day ago as of this writing) says $6.99. Their actual website menu says $10.38. There are no prices posted for lunch specials in the actual restaurant. The woman ringing up said “Around $10.50”. This is b.s. to me. I think they are doing this so they can just charge whatever they want for the lunch special at any given time. She also did not give the cups for tea until she was reminded that the special actually comes with tea. Disappointed today. This used to be one of my favorite places in Sanford.

The food is excellent with very reasonable prices. Staff is helpful and friendly. Service is prompt. My to-go order had everything I needed including extra sauce. Seating is plenty with an open dining area. I like this place. One note: it’s easy to miss with google. Look at the map.

I used to really enjoy the food here, but I went in yesterday to get food and had to wait on the server to take my order since apparently being on her phones more important than the customer. Then to top it off she messed up my order, apparently her names Belinda according to my receipt. I came back in to get it fixed since I asked for teriyaki chicken, not hibachi steak, and she wanted to argue saying that she did my order right, I guess her phones more important than her job, so disrespectful. Luckily I was able to get my meal right going somewhere else.
